The header for these blinds is very large and will not fit standard blind brackets. When communicating with the seller regarding the size of the header and the inability to use the included mounting hardware, I got the runaround and assurance that ALL how measurements are posted which they are NOT and how they "mount these blinds in apartments all over Atlanta." Telling the buyer that their issue with the product is their issue is poor customer service in my book. Got to Lowe's or Home Depot, you'll get better customer service AND a nicer product!

I took a chance and ordered a custom size from this company when I couldn't complete our new house with updated window treatments after doing most our windows with faux wooden 2 in blinds from Lowes at a reasonable price we hit a wall with the last 2 rooms that had custom measurements and was going to be hundreds of dollars each that we were not able to put out at this time so we decided to take a chance and ordered a set of blinds from this company i never heard of knowing they were non-refundable and followed the instructions to take off a half inch so if you have a 29 1/2 window order a 30 inch and it will arrive at a perfect 29 1/2 inches like we did and it was a perfect fit i was so impressed we ordered the second room with the same results and I have to say they were way better than Lowes Alan & Roth the quality was much better and with the room darkening feature they are absolutely keeping that florida sun off my windows i would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for custom sizes at a reasonable price and good quality.

I needed some blinds on my kitchen door that would be easy to take down and wash. The trash bin is right next to the door, and *stuff* sometimes gets slung (don't ask me how) up onto the door and blinds. I've had to throw away several sets of cheap blinds because they either were not removable easily, or the slats broke or bent while trying to clean them. These blinds clip into the brackets so can be taken down very easily, and the slats are thick and sturdy. They've only been up a few days, but I already love them. They are cordless, so no strings to fool with or get dirty, and the action is nice and tight. They go up and down very easily, and stay wherever you put them. Mine came with the wrong end caps for the bottom rail, but the company responded quickly, and sent me the correct parts, which I got just a couple days later. I highly recommend these blinds, and this company!
