I grabbed the Ramede customizable polyethylene foam sheet for my gun case, but I’ve ended up using it for so much more. At 54 × 16 × 1.5 inches, it’s large enough to line my firearms case with plenty left over—ideal for fitting extra gear like magazines and optics. The foam cuts cleanly and easily with a utility knife, so I could create snug compartments without a lot of hassle. What really impressed me is the density—it’s firm enough to hold everything securely in place during transport but still soft enough to cushion delicate items. The material feels durable and resists wear, which makes me confident it’ll hold up over time. Plus, once cut, it doesn't shed or crumble. I’ve since used the leftovers for tool storage in a toolbox and even for a small DIY craft project. Multi‑purpose and excellent quality—highly recommend if you want a customizable and reliable foam solution for gear organization!

I'm giving it 5 stars, even though it isn't what I thought it would be, but that's my fault for not paying attention. I though I was getting the kind of foam, that's cut so you can pick out the little blocks to fit your weapon. This is solid foam - and it's 2 inches thick, so it takes a long blade to cut it. Luckily I have that. I got it cut to fit my case, and cut out to fit my shot gun and it works perfectly. So it is a great fit. Now that I have it in place, I recommend it over the foam with the precut pick-out blocks. This custom cut foam fits the gun more snugly and securely. A good sharp 3 - 4 inch blade will cut it easily.

Got a roll to use to insulate an ammo chest I ordered and painted up for my tools so they dont clang around inside during driving. It came out good with more left over probably like a foot or two of material left over.

Do not buy!!! This foam is thin 1/4” strips glued together to make the 1.5” thickness that I ordered. The foam had three big chunks gouged out of the edges. Foam was folded in thirds, so now it’s permanently compressed where it was folded. I’ll never purchase from this brand again. Case Club foam is much better quality, I recommend their products instead of this brand

Worked great as a replacement. I previously only used pick-n-pull foam so I was hesitant about having to cut manually. It was simple and easy to cut this product. I recommend going slowly though (guess how I know) so you have clean edges. I traced my gear and then used a long sharp knife with a cutting board beneath to slowly slice through. I ordered a size too large but that's on me. The thickness was perfect.
