I customized our names, so I won't be posting a photo. However, I used a 2 color variation and it came out better than imagined. I love that we can choose the font. Some names are harder to read in certain fonts. The 3 way dimmer actually dims it respectably. It can work for dark rooms or bright environments. This isn't USB connectable. I got the 13 letter sized variant, and the power cable is a true plug on this size. The dimmer can be injected in between the plug and main cable. The backing can be shaped various ways, but I stuck with the free method, and it looks professional around the letter contours. I suppose a perfect rectangle would be slightly better for specific builds and depending where in the home you'll place it. This thing gets bright! The colors pop, they're vivid. The quality of the build is great. It feels durable. The seller had great communication. The shipping was great. The whole experience worked well. I can definitely vouch for this seller. I will buy another in the future. Great gift

I rarely buy custom items from Amazon and I’ve always wanted a neon sign for my screened porch area. I got a quote from another vendor of almost $400 for neon sign so I was very skeptical when I saw a neon sign on Amazon that could be customized for a fraction of the cost. The item arrived pretty quickly, and I was stunned by how well it was built. I got it with a dimmer and when I plugged it in, it was very bright and stylish. Quick note, the dimmer only works with the remote control so make sure you put batteries in the remote control first and then hit the power button on the remote to activate the light and the dimmer capabilities. It’s a great sign and I am considering buying another one that is larger in the future for another area.

The look was so cute! We used it for my mom's surprise 60th birthday party. It was very easy to hang. We loved the fact that we can adjust the brightness which we needed to do since the party was outside. It was easy installation and great value for you money. I ordered 4 of these neon signs in varying sizes and colors. They turned out absolutely perfect! I like the fact that they can be lit on low, medium or high setting depending on how bright you want them to be. They look great on low during the day and then I like to turn them to high in the evening. They give off great illumination.

I got this for my pampa wall and its super cute. It looks perfect. It has 3 different brightness settings. I dont really like the outcome of the font but it is what I chose. Also my delivery was delayed by one day but thats not a big deal. Buy it, it is worth the price.
