I have had it for a couple of weeks now and it has not had any issues so far. I appreciated the extra steps taken to protect the internals during transport. I also appreciated how straight forward the instructions and setup were including the warnings to remove the extra packaging from inside the case. Just plug it in, set up your preferences, and go. I didn't have any trouble with setup and I have had a blast playing on it. The computer also came with a instructions on how to contact the seller and get support should there be any issues. I have not had any issues so far, so I cannot give any opinion on the quality of this service.
