I am really impressed with this Cusimax hot plate. I bought it as an extra cooking option for my kitchen and it has quickly become something I use more often than expected. The triple burner setup is very convenient. It heats up quickly and the cast iron cooktops distribute heat evenly, which makes cooking feel a lot more consistent compared to other portable burners I’ve used in the past. I’ve cooked everything from simple meals to more involved dishes, and it handles all of them well. The 11 level temperature settings are a big plus. It gives me a lot more control over how I cook, whether I need a low simmer or a higher heat for frying or boiling. The knobs are easy to adjust and feel solid, not flimsy. I also like that it has a compact design but still offers plenty of cooking space. This is the most epic hot plate I've ever seen in my life. 3 burners! The 1800W is split across multiple burners. This is the 4th Cusimax item I've picked up, including a lesser hot plate and two electric BBQs. "suitable for virtually all types of cookware." This thing is MASSIVE and very heavy. Storage might be an issue. It's pretty quality, and you'll need a big surface to keep it stable. It doesn't slide around if you put it in a good spot. I like that the burners are flat, so nothing leaks down into them like old school burners or even my current 19-year-old oven burners. I wish there were some sort of digital number for the temperature, but this is the standard style for temperature. Easy to clean. The cord could be a bit longer (pretty much with most things you get). This is great for dorms, RVs, garages, or somewhere odd where cooking isn't normally available. This is great for additional burners for a party or when (4) at home aren't enough. It looks cool Easy to wipe down.
