I am floored by how good this is. Read the manual, prime by just opening the steam knob, the default grind is perfect in size and quantity. I used Don Fransisco whole beans and I'll never spend a nickel outside my kitchen for coffee again. Personally I use the double insert, default settings and run 2 shot function twice on the same grounds. 1/2 a teaspoon of sugar and a little light cream. Unbelievable. The price, quality and ease of use are phenomenal. I’ve never used the steam but don't need to. I like it. Ps after 2 months i still love it. Everything works great, I bought a 30 pound 51mm tamper for $18 and need nothing else. I have a Starbucks right across the parking lot and I just laugh at people drinking $7 coffees. 1 month paid for the machine.

I absolutely love my coffee maker! It’s makes a great cup of espresso. This is my first espresso machine and really easy to use. The frother works fantastic, I’ve made great lattes with it and often use it to froth my milk for tea lattes. The only functionality I haven’t played with is the ice coffee but I’m sure it work just as easy.

Good for the price, the only problem I have is the steamer wand is too short and is not consistent with the steam. Sometimes it will shoot water for too long in a splash rather than steam and is annoying. The solution? Buy a milk frother/steamer that does it for you on the side. Other than that, it has the grinder and double/single shot and it comes with all of the accessories needed. Almost perfect but damn close, specially for us as Espresso beginners is a great starter machine.

Maybe you’re like me. You don’t know squat about espresso, but you know your wife loves it. Further more, you know those espresso lattes she loves at $8 a pop add up pretty fast. Maybe you also tried the Nespresso, but realized those pods are expensive too. So you looked at all the big name fancy machines with grinders and said, no way, these are all a fortune. Well, there are a lot of good reviews on this machine, and I’ll tell you why, it works! It’s easy to use, easy to clean, well built, no leaks, I’m told it tastes great, piping hot, small footprint on the counter, happy wife.

The one star is for Cusimax customer service. I have reached out several times because of a broken part. After the initial response from the company my emails have gone unanswered. I would like to be able to review the machine itself but I am unable to use it due to the broken part.

Update: A few week: --This espresso machine is the best coffee maker I have ever owned. I brew a latte to drink every day before work and sometimes make cappuccinos. It is very easy to set up and use and efficient. It has a great cleaning setting that makes it easy to clean the milk tank after each use. --It's a great value for the price and I prefer this all-in-one coffee maker to those that require manual milk frothing. Most coffee beginners want to be able to brew a perfect latte or cappuccino right away, but don't want to learn more about coffee. This coffee maker is the best helper for those coffee beginners, and I guarantee you can make a cup of coffee at home that is on par with a cafe. --The coffee maker itself has a beautiful metal-like appearance. It does everything that a regular coffee maker inside a coffee shop can do. --I really love this CUSIMAX espresso machine!
