It literally took me a half hour of trying and trying to get the pin to snap into place. And I have experience installing these types on bands as well. I am still a bit torn about this one. Not cheap, but well made. The clasp design means no sharp edges to scratch things or people. That is good. I have small wrists and once I get this to fit sort of right, it is a bit of work to get it off. Watch does not exactly stay centered on my wrist. Also, the small nib that hold the adjustable part of the band in place needs to be pushed upwards otherwise the strap slips out. ... show more

Fits perfectly on my Omega 2598.80 chronograph. Ends curve at the proper angle and the strap itself is soft and pliable and retains it's shape. A heck of a bargain compared to the pricier ($200) option from Zealande.

The band and clasp look good, but the fit is not good. It could be a lot better. It doesn't allow the watch to rest on the wrist. The thick molded band section by the pins doesn't allow for the strap to curl around the wrist and you end up with a watch that sticks up and away from the wrist.
