Well made from sturdy fabric. It's a snug fit on my Cricut Maker 3 so it's kind of a pain to take it off and put it on. However, it is very inexpensive, it DOES fit, it looks good, and it keeps the dust off.

It doesn’t need pockets or straps, not sure why they are there. I would not store my tools in the pockets only to have to find a place for them when I remove the cover. It fits well and I wouldn’t need to strap it on. They are not in my way though.
