This item broke after 1 use. It would not work and was giving me the flashing red light of death before not turning on at all. I returned this product 3 weeks ago and have still not received my refund. When contacting customer service I am told they will process it immediately then told I have to wait longer by a different representative. First item I have had an issue with, this is ridiculous!

So excited to use! Beautiful machine, has so many options for a wide variety of projects. Brand new to cricut machines, already managed to add a decal to my daughters sports bag with the materials included in the bundle. Great value considering it includes the heat press as well! I found it very easy to use as a new user.
