This is the best curl cream I have found for my long, curly/wavy 2B/C curls, and I have tried MANY!! I use it on soaking wet hair, and then use a gel after this. When totally dry, I use a little oil to scrunch the crunch. I can air dry or diffuse it, and the curls turn out very nice...very little frizz. ... show more

I have used several tubes of this thinking it was a good fit because it is a curl cream with protein, which is usually a win for me. This formulation is a flop for me. It makes my waves look weighed down and almost gummy feeling sometimes. For reference, the outer layer of my hair is coarse, and the inner layer is fine, and I do get highlights and use bond treatments regularly. My hair has to be dripping wet when I use this curl cream, and this cream doesn’t play well with all gels and mousses. I experimented with how wet my hair is and also paired it with a different gels/mousses to try to get it to work. This product works wonders for some people, but just writing this to let you know that if you continue to have meh hair days, it may not be the styling product that you’re using, but this cream. Still rating it four stars because it works well for many, has quality ingredients, and it’s probably just the formulation that doesn’t work for me. ... show more

Absolutely only used this product for the first time and only it and my hair is super curly and soft. Love it and it smells so good. I am a curly girl so I try new products sometimes but this is great! I even let it just air dry.

I have slight wavy hair that I have been battling forever. I have been looking for something to add some light definition and reduce the frizz that is my lions mane when air dried. This product has been great! I’ve been using it for about 2 weeks now and have yet to have a “bad hair day” where I just have to throw it up in a bun. Before this product, my hair would just dry fluffy with no real definition. Definitely recommend if you have similar hair! (Fine, wavy) ... show more
