I have this product 2 stars for the simple fact that it stopped working after less than 6 months. When it worked, it worked well. Today I went to use it and I put it down on the sink and it touched the metal ring in the sink and it almost blew a fuse. Tried to plug into another socket and no luck. Tried changing to a different tool, no luck. For the price I paid, this should have lasted longer :( I'm editing my first review on account of the seller being so helpful. As soon as they knew the product broke so quickly, they immediately offered to send a replacement or a refund. We opted for the replacement because we really did like the product. It worked well when it worked. Hopefully we get more use out of the replacement.

It works great, but the locking mechanism on the handle slowly turns and unlocks during use. So about halfway through doing my hair each time, I’ll notice it’s no longer heated up and then realize that the handle has unlocked. I have to use the provided glove to grip and turn it again, and wait for it to heat back up. I’ve had it for less than a month, and used 3 of the attachments so fast and it has happened with each one. If I pay attention and catch it before it turns very far, it’s a lot easier to twist back. If it happens to go all the way back to the unlocked position, it’s harder because you have to push the attachment in while twisting, and it’s hard when it’s still really hot.

I'm usually hopeless at styling my hair, but this set has made it so much easier to figure out what tools work best for my limited skills! I love that it comes with 5 different attachments that help me get everything from long and straight hair to perfectly even beachy waves. It is very easy to swap the attachments in and out, and I love that you can control the temperature, as I typically style my thin hair on lower settings. It even included a heat-resistant glove and a very convenient carrying case!

I purchased the 1st one and unfortunately the brush did not work. Exchanged for a new, this 2nd one unfortunately the brush again had an issue. Some of the bristles were broken off (still in the case) wasn’t able to do another exchange so just had to return. Thankfully I was given a $7 credit as I purchased the 1st on sale but after the 2nd one arrived broken the sale ended. Amazon was kind enough to give me that credit but I was only able to use it on Amazon shipped products and not a 3rd party. Which was fine because I use Amazon often. After searching for another unit I wasn’t able to find one that had the waver, brush and wand that I wanted. So I gave it a 3rd chance. At this time it all works and I’m happy with my purchase. Not to mention the carrying case is very nice! UPDATE- crapped out on the 1st trip used, found broken pieces and now none of the pieces stay into place. DO NOT GET. I wish I just kept it returned.

It heats up fast, curls and waves last a long time, great quality curling irons, no burning smell when they heat up like some combo sets. The case it comes with is sturdy for the most part. Only issue I have is with the glove making my hair frizzy, but that doesn't take away from the entirety of the set. I do not at all regret purchasing it.
