If you turn this thing on to full intensity, it is pretty powerful. It is not a massage pad with rollers, only with vibrations. I concur with other reviews regarding its size; as a shorter individual, it suits me well. However, taller individuals might encounter issues as it may not cover the entire body adequately. I absolutely love the plush velour feeling of this massage chair. It is so nice with its different modes and easy to put into my reclining chair. On mode 5, it massages all parts of the body. Do not worry when it feels like it is shutting off it just goes a little bit lower and then starts back doing the entire body. The heat feature feels excellent as well. This CuPilo Massager is great. I like M3 for 15 minutes because it gets all the spots in my back and shoulders that need massaging. Then I go to M5 to settle everything. The media could not be loaded. This mat has a very soft, plush feel and it's comfortable to lay on. For times when you want a heating pad on more than one spot of the body, this mat would fit bill. The remote control was very easy to understand and to use. The lights on it help you to know exactly what mode and intensity your using. You can easily targeted spots for the vibrations by clicking the button next to the body part. With that said, I am 5' 7" so it was definitely not "full body" for me. It was more like extended torso. If I lined my body to have the vibrations at the upper should area, then when it was supposedly massaging my ankle area (according to the remote) it was actually massaging my upper thigh. As for the massage aspect, I prefer deeper tissue massages and something that "digs in". This is more like a vibaration mat, in my opinion. The vibrations, though, were strong and felt nice. I included a video to show how it made the remote move when turned on. The mat has a strap that allows you to keep it neatly folded when not in use. Though it folds up neatly, it's not super compact; folded, it is approximately 16" X 6". Overall, this is a nice and comfortable mat to relax on and it will provide healing heat to sore, aching muscles but it won't work out any knots. ... show more

This is absolutely worth it. The size could have been little bigger as it doesn’t fit me when I tried to use it by lying on it. It works well for my mom though. If there could be multiple sizes available, that would be great. Otherwise no suggestions. Great product.

I got it for afterwork relaxation and back pain and so far I am loving it. It has to be plugged in and has multiple modes and I mostly used M4&5 which vibrate the whole body. I would recommend it since the vibrations are relaxing and you can also choose which area of back to work on. It was good value and looks durable. ... show more
