The product isn't the issue Culver Mobility is. I purchased the chair for my husband to use at our daughters June 30th wedding. He had a similar chair that was not in great shape, he used it daily after losing his leg to cancer. The first chair was not ordered from amazon and took weeks to arrive, to ensure we received the chair on time I placed my order on April 24th. The chair arrived on May 1st we opened the box to ensure the chair was what we ordered and not damaged. The chair was placed back into the original box and put away to ensure it was in pristine condition for the wedding. Unfortunately my husband lost his two year battle with cancer on June 15th just 15 days before our daughters wedding. I attempted to return the chair on Amazon only to learn the return window closed on May 27th. Amazon suggested I reach out Culver Mobility directly. I have done so several time with phone calls, emails and web inquires all have gone unanswered. Very disappointed in Culver Mobility, there are many other companies selling similar products on Amazon. I would suggest you do not purchase a chair from Culver Mobility. They clearly don't care enough about their customers to return a email or phone call. I understand it's past the window of return but was hoping to work with Culver Mobility to come to some resolution.

Product very sturdy, aand works extremely well once you figure out how it all works. Problem is; instructions are poorly translated, but once you work though them and use customer videos to undertstand them you'll have a great eletreic wheelchair for an affordable price.

I just used it for the first time. I ordered the black leather chair. It is not black leather. It is black cloth. That was disappointing for the price I paid. The joystick is very sensitive so practice in a clear area until you get the hang of it. The footrest is on the small side and it pops off the bars it snaps onto rather easily. It would be helpful if it was bigger so it would be more comfortable but I do like the fact that it fold up for ease in getting on but it's hard to flip it down once you are on it if you are wearing a dress. Hoping to contact seller for a partial refund since it's not leather as advertised. I reached out to the company to return it as it is not comfortable. To use the footrest your knees have to stay bent at 90 degree angle which is not comfortable if you have knee issues. I do not recommend this motorized wheelchair or the company.

I was changing channels with the TV remote in the living room . My disabled grandson was in his bedroom and began to scream for help! As it turned out as I changed channels the wheelchair was going crazy. What if he had been near the stairs or in a parking lot with traffic and some other devise took control and ran him in front of a car or who only knows what other dangers this could cause. Buyer beware! They need to figure this out and fix it for all who own these.
