I haven't used the knives yet but I like the weight, the grips and the riveted tangs on all the knives, including on the steak knives. It is advertised as a 15-piece set, but it isn't. If you look at the picture (which I could have done, too, I guess) you will see there are six (6) kitchen-tool knives, six (6) steak knives and one (1) knife block for a total of 13 pieces. Even the box these came in says 13 Piece Knife Set. Maybe the person who wrote the description thought that a built-in hone and a built-in sharpener in the knife block made for two additional pieces? I don't know. Not a big deal as far as I'm concerned but if you order these don't be surprised when you receive only 13 items. Once I use them I'll add to the review regarding thier performance but I'd had Cuisinart knives before and was very happy with them. ... show more

    • Steak knifes don’t match
The steak knifes were not the same as the rest of the set they seemed to be very cheap quality. Very disappointed The rest of the set was very nice and made well. Would not recommend.
