but I'm very disappointed that I can't use them both together
The second burner on this cooktop failed within about 3 months of receiving it. The warranty required me to pay for shipping to get it replaced by Cuisinart, which was over $60. The replacement cooktop has started giving the same error as the original when using both burners at the same time (the second burner turns off and displays an error code). Right now I'm using only one burner at a time and it seems to be OK, but I'm very disappointed that I can't use them both together. Otherwise I'm a huge fan of induction ranges--they're fast to heat up and don't create a lot of waste heat.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
Yes, I purchased this product in Dec. 2018 and purchased induction cookware at the same time. I purchased it because of high reviews on SEVERAL websites. It has been my only cooktop (I live in my 5th wheel trailer) since I purchased it. I loved it until today!! Today, 3 months after purchase, it STOPPED working, both burners. I've checked several plugs, my breakers, everything involving electricity in this trailer to no avail!! And in searching the unit itself, there us no reset button!! I have never left this cooktop plugged in after use and have always kept it clean!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED, and SORRY I bought it. Only hope I purchased a extended warranty (needed or not), can't believe it stopped working do soon. Will not be replacing (if it comes down to it), will buy a different brand (probably individual burners)!!!

Timer wont work
Timer doesn't work.. If you set the timer, it won't shut off by itself. You have to manually shut it off. Other than that, everything is fine

Get something else
Within three months, the fan was making a horrific noise even when not in use. Wrote to the company issuing the "extended warrantee" through Amazon and was advised it was still under manufacturer warrantee. So I wrote to the manufacturer. They said they needed the serial number from the bottom (although I had turned it every which way, used a magnifying glass and a flashlight, no sign of the serial number (wouldn't it have been nice if they had given me some idea where to find it????). Plus they needed all correspondence related to the item (huh???) as well as whether or not it was already replaced. Quite the headache. But, before I could spend the hours I needed to get all of that (which by they way was "no replacement and no other correspondence"), the unit burnt out (not blew) the breaker in my home. Tossing it in the rubbish and getting something else. Sure it is money out the door, but it simply isn't worth all the hassle or expense to replace another breaker.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC
What is not to like? My first experience with double induction and I love it: except for the burner, the surface of the appliance does not get hot. Cooking time is deceased substantially. Actually, I am considering not replacing my 4 burner cooktop, and use this 2 burner cooktop. It has one large burner and one smallish burner, which is all I need for everyday cooking. Disclosure: I am single and tend to cook in large quantities: I cook 16 cups of brown rice in the large pot, and after it cools, I freeze it in 1 cup containers. Same with tomato sauce, oatmeal, and meat sauce. I utilize my microwave and my toaster oven for everyday cooking. This Cuisinat cooktop is just great for me. Marge

New to me, and I like it.
Just cooking for one or two and found that two burners is totally adequate. Water boils quickly, foods cook quickly and rarely clump together. I'm new to induction cooking but think it is really right for me. (And you have to buy a new set of pots and frying pans if you don't have induction-compatible cookware already....I cleaned out my cabinet shelves and made a lot of other people happy to have "new" (to them) pans also!)
