We had a very similar but different brand toaster several years ago. When it went out, we purchased lets say a cheaper local toaster. This thing never made a good slice of toast while we had it, it always burned the toast and don't even think about warming your hot pocket or toaster strudel. I like this toaster but.. the dial to control temperature is quite loose on my toaster. So it is a little difficult to get the temperature control right for the shade of toast I like. Otherwise this is a good toaster.

This toaster does the job quickly which is very nice. The one complaint is the dial for the temperature control moves so easily its hard to keep it on just one setting. Otherwise LOVE this toaster!

In general this works well and the color options are nice. We have the silver and white/cream one. I have 4/5 because there are one or two slots that toast a little darker or lighter than the other slots (for example a slice of toast may come out a little darker on one side than the other meaning that both sides of the slot are not toasting at the same temperature).
