We love the balance and the sharpness of these knives! So much safer than dull ones—so glad we got them. The largest knife is so nice to use and yet, the smallest are just as great. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Edges do not stay sharp very long at all. You should not have to sharpen knives with each use. Handles are hollow which makes them too light and, therefore, not very well balanced. This ultimately affects the ergonomics. Not really disappointed with product. I should have know from the price point what I was getting. Like the handles but the blades are the best. It's hard to find knives that can be sharpened and hold an edge over time. These are those knives. This set was a gift bought based on our experience with our own set.
