I really like that the coffee is HOT coming out of this machine! The insulated carafe keeps it hot for a couple of hours, and warm after that. I've had this for about 6 months now, and like it just as much as I did the day I got it!

    • Overall a good machine
Replaced Cuisinart's old coffee center model with this new one. Overall it's a good machine. There are a few design changes, and the first I am not a fan of, there is NO on/off switch. However, it seems to have an auto shut off. (I didn't see anything in the manual about this?) I like to keep the pod area open after using so it doesn't get moldy and funky inside. The light stays on like it's waiting for the next pod, then at some point it's not on?? So I'm assuming it's auto shut off...The second change is that they added a little flip down shelf for the single serve cup. You can flip up for your travel mug and iced coffee glass if taller. With the old machine the cup was too low and coffee would spit and sputter all over the counter. A real design flaw, I had to put a cup upside down and set a cup on top to raise it, really looked stupid! I was going to send this machine back because of the on/off switch. But honestly, the flip shelf is the deal breaker. I really like this feature. Hopefully it's next incarnation they'll be a flip shelf AND have a simple on/off switch. For now if I go on vacation I would probably just unplug it. ... show more

    • Step up from Keurig machine.
My Keurig wasn't making full cups and we needed a replacement. This was perfect and provides more options to brew coffee (hot/cold & Single/Carafe). I've tried every brew method and found no issues. The carafe has an airtight lid so the coffee stays nice and warm even though there's an auto shut off. Love this machine and it looks great too! ... show more

Terrible coffee pot. I called the manufacturer two times concerning leaks. Still leaks even with new coffee reservoir. How the machine don’t work!!!!

    • Great coffee, easy to use.
Bitter coffee always results from dirty coffee makers. This one is very easy to completely clean. It is easy to program for automatic brewing. The carafe is durable and keeps coffee hot for hours.

    • If You Love Luke Warm Coffee
This was a very disappointing purchase. It shuts off immediately after brewing coffee and claims the double insulated pot keeps coffee hot for 4 hours. Completely false. Coffee is barely warm in an hour. You have to microwave your coffee to get it hot. Also, the way they made the carefree makes it difficult to pour out all the coffee. Last cups you have to spend the pot nearly or remove lid. Poor design overall. Should have stuck with glass pot and warming plate to keep coffee hot. Waste of $200+ ... show more
