These have been wonderful so far! I am really surprised how sharp they are. My only complaint is that I have noticed they rust slightly if they are not dried all the way. I think it may be something I am doing wrong. I do not put my knives in the dishwasher, only handwash. I started drying them more thoroughly and so far the rust has not spread.
