Quite happy with these knives except for the steak knives which are a little bit flimsy since they are stamped instead of forged. I have not tried to sharpen yet as they are new so will come back with durability review later. This is my 2nd set of these. The first I gifted to a friend in need. I loved it so much I bought a new one of the exact same set. I can’t imagine how the $300-400 sets are all that different. These are very high quality, durable, and the honing steel is magical. Highly recommend.
