I have both carpal tunnel syndrome and tennis elbow. I've tried so many braces, but most are simply muscle compression appliances, and while they work for a while, once they lose their elasticity, they don't do much. This is a very well-designed and constructed brace. It allows you to adjust the angle of your elbow depending on what you are doing and how it feels to you. At night, I keep my elbow almost perfectly straight; during the day, it needs some bend so that I can use that arm to work (deskwork mostly). It does a great job of keeping my elbow from moving or turning in the wrong direction. At night, my arm does not move, giving my muscles time to heal. During the day, this can be a bit of a PIA; I sometimes have to take it off to eat as I cannot reach my mouth with a fork. Sometimes in the morning, my arm feels very stiff and tender; perhaps some small movement would be better. However, overall, I have never used a better brace for my elbow. I have cubital tunnel in both elbows and have tried all kinds of homemade devices to try to sleep more comfortably and more safely. I recently tried a couple different brands of elbow stabilizers, of similar style with adjustable straps and a metal bar or two to hold the elbow still. The problem with most of them is that the hold the elbow completely straight, which is not the natural resting position. Holding the elbow perfectly straight is not good and almost as bad as having it all the way bent. Both could lead to not only more pain, loss of use, but also nerve damage. This brace gives you the option of 4 different angles depending on: your comfort level, injury level, where you nerve is being compressed if it has moved, etc. It has 4 straps, 2 above and two below the elbow. I find it fairly comfortable as far as where the brace covers or puts pressure. Some others I have viewed online have parts of the brace in locations where I have swelling and pain, my preference is to have as little contact near the elbow itself as possible pressure wise. The straps adjust easily so you can, without a lot of strength open them and loosen or tighten. Sometimes having cubital tunnel also means having finger and hand weakness and I did not have difficulty with the straps. My tip is that if you are applying it yourself, to under correct where you want to bar to lay. In other words put it an inch or so on either side of the midline of the inner elbow, depending on the side you are using it on. This is because when applying it yourself and tightening the straps it has a tendency to turn a bit ending up in the wrong location. So, if it turns when you are pulling the straps, it ends up in the correct location in the center of the elbow. I am taking off one star because of how the metal adjustment sticks out, it does have a flap of material that covers it though. It is a little hard to hold the tiny screw for adjusting, the positive is that you probably will only have to adjust it a couple times and won't have to once you find the angle that is best for you. I am 5'1" and I do find it a little too long for me. I think that for the price it is definitely worth it to try it.

Struggling with tennis elbow has become a consuming part of my life. Before experiencing it myself, I underestimated how debilitating the pain could be. Despite resorting to injections and various medications, managing this condition requires constant vigilance to avoid agonizing flare-ups. My sleep patterns have been screwed up since this condition started. The prospect of sleeping with a brace like this filled me with apprehension. I was concerned it would disrupt my sleep even more. I was so worried about it that I held off for days before finally deciding to give it a try. Looking back, I only wish I had done it sooner. This product has been nothing short of amazing. For the first time in a long while, I enjoyed uninterrupted sleep, waking up feeling refreshed with only minimal elbow discomfort. After a few nights of good sleep I thought, too optimistically, that my tennis elbow had resolved itself. Emboldened by this thought, I attempted a night without the brace, only to be reminded of my condition through sharp, jolting pains that fractured my sleep. Finally, in the middle of the night, I reapplied the brace, finding relief and sleep once again. For anyone battling tennis elbow, I cannot recommend this brace highly enough. It has been a lifesaver for me.

My wife has occasional pain flare ups due to her CTS and she has been using this brace for over a month now and she has mentioned that managing her elbow pain with this brace has been much better and easier to live with QUALITY / USING IT - The brace quality is very good with soft and thick fabric materials with very soft inner padding - The overall workmanship of the brace also feels very good with not a stitch or thread out of place - You can adjust the brace in various bend angles which makes it a great way to manage her Cubital syndrome all day long and it does not interfere with her daily work due to this adjustablity - In the night she is able to lock it in the straight position for maximum comfort - Comfortable to wear all day long with no irritation or pressure points DISLIKES - None really FINAL THOUGHTS Overall this elbow brace definitely punches above its weight class with very good quality , comfort at a very reasonable price point . Highly recommended if you are looking for something similar
