It looks BLUE only when taking a picture!!!!! It's more of a purple look than anything.... Not happy at all... I love all the other colors that I've purchased on Amazon. But this one fools the EYE!!! My son told me over the phone that it looks purple but when he sent me the pic I said it looks blue to me so go ahead and apply it to the vase. I gets home and it's more purple than blue. I lost $7 because I can't return it now. Smh Oh and the bag is smaller than others that I've purchased from other vendors with the same grams. 1 bag is suppose to cover 1 small vase.. But it's not even enough to cover the ball head spots wow. It's more like 50 grams instead of 100

The packaging was ok. I do like the fact that it came in a reusable/close-able container. There are several projects that I want to use this for. I started off with nail art to see if I liked it and it turned out great. Just had to add a few coats of clear polish on top. Overall this is a pretty good for arts and crafts
