We love this canopy. So far it's very sturdy. We've always had water or snow puddle on the others we've had and so far this one isn't doing that. Easy to put up and we think it's going to last a while so we just screwed it to the deck, thank goodness for the handy holes, so it's going to stay up all year.. We get a lot of wind on the deck as it's elevated and most canopies just don't hold up, so far this one is doing great. We put in down to the lower setting if we're expecting storms and it's doing great. The white color makes it very bright underneath it when the sun is out. Even on gloomy days, it's bright. It's large enough to protect my entire patio set as well as the teak table & chairs. So nice to not have all the furniture get wet and dirty. It's under the mulberry tree so it's going to be great this year to not have all the mulberry mess as well as the bird mess which is substantial. Love the rolling bag that it came in if I were to take it down. And the extra layer of support where the frame touches the canopy is awesome. Since we catch so much wind, that was a problem with other canopies. The frames would rub holes in the canopy and this one doesn't look like it's going to do that. I'm going to string lights on it and can hardly wait to turn them on at night, it's gonna look awesome.

I didn't receive any instructions at all, but it only took a few minutes for me and my son to figure it out, im glad I went with the 10x15 instead of normal 10x10, that extra 5 feet is a game changer. I was able to fit my 10' folding table under it comfortably with chairs for my guests.

Its good quality, but man is this thing heavy. I like that because it shows quality, but the bag is not even strong enough to carry its weight, the wheel rods are now bent on ours from wheeling this thing around.

Initially I would have rated 5 stars but the frame arrived with a couple of dents. I contacted Customer service and they immediately sent a new frame but the new frame was also dented. I reached out to customer service again but they never replied. If I could give it 3.5 stars, I would for that reason only. If they would have responded and maybe offered or at least attempted to do something else, I'd rate 5 stars. My only real issue is that for the money, I expect a damage free product. Other then that, I have no complaints. I can still use it and It is probably a bit heavy for some people but its easy to set up and breakdown with 2 people. The canopy looks great(especially if it didn't come with the dents),and seems well made.
