I used the tent for a craft show. Even though it said it wasn’t meant for rain I used it on a rainy day. I did spray the top with weatherproofing and only got one small leak in the tent. One thing I didn’t like was the sides without the awning are less than 10 feet, therefore, the whole thing is less than 18 feet with the two awnings up. I also had to keep dumping the puddle of water that kept accumulating in the center of the awning that I kept up ( but nowhere else). I can’t say anything about the sun protection, but it was a bit hard to get up. A small weak person would probably need help. I felt very secure in it. After the initial process of putting on the canopy, it takes my husband and I about 4 minutes to setup at games. It could be accomplished with one person but it would be difficult. With 2 people to help spread the base, it's a piece of cake! I'm not a huge fan of lugging things around to games, but this makes sitting at soccer games so much better! It's worth it! ... show more

    • The awning sags… a lot

Got this for tailgating. It took an hour to set up the first time. The canopy top is so tight is some spots that it comes off at the corners but the awning is so loose it creates a major sag in the middle. I have to duck to walk under it (the awning) when it’s fully extended. I’m 5’1”. The structure seems strong and is easy to pop up. it’s nice and tall in the center of the canopy. Unfortunately the top makes it not worth it. And I didn’t pay attention to the fact that the case doesn’t fully enclose the canopy. It’s annoying bc transporting it wears down the canopy wheels and legs. Plus, part of the tarp pokes out and can drag on the floor. Will be returning ($7 to make the return) ... show more
