I have to say I was actually quite impressed with this canopy, especially at this price point. I work in event marketing, and have owned various canopy EZ up style tents since before they were popular. I feel like tent pro lol. When I create an event kit I usually go for the super sturdy and more expensive white event style tents. However, that is when I have control of their care, so I was not going to have control of the care, so decided to send them a less expensive one, so it wouldn't hurt so bad when they inevitably break it. I have bought so many of these. Anyway, I stopped by to teach the team how to put it up, and take care of it as they all admitted they had never really put them up before. When I got there it was all put up, and they raved about super easy it was. I was impressed with how nice it was, if they take care of it, i suspect this will last several seasons, and I am genuinely impressed. I love the straight legs, the vent in the top, and everything fit very nicely on the frame. Often times, they don't quite line up, and then you get wear in the wrong spots or at the corners really fast. This thing is spot on, and the legs and hardware are pretty sturdy, and it is with minimal effort a one person job. 2 is always easier, but just about anyone could put this up on their own. It went through its first event, performed flawlessly and the person assigned had to put up by themselves, and said it was a breeze~! Big thumbs up and recommend.

We set this up in about 15 minutes. I'm sure it will go faster the next time as the top is now attached to the poles. I feel it will be great keeping the sun off of us during the hottest part of the day when we are camping. The awning on our camper doesn't extend quite far enough during the middle of the day. It was easy to take down, and put back in the bag. We ordered the sky blue and it is a great color. My only complaint was the bags for adding weight to the legs have to be filled with sand. I thought the weights were just heavy plastic. We won't use them, we'll just tie it down with the stakes and ropes provided.

This is a nice canopy that feels pretty sturdy but I have two pieces of feedback: 1) This is marketed as a “one person” set-up canopy and the central push button and release certainly made it significantly easier to set up as one person but the first step in the instructions is for two people: to pull the legs apart fully. Maybe I should have anticipated it but it was very tough to get the canopy legs fully separated to form the 10x10 square without help (eventually someone at a nearby campsite walked by and I asked for their assistance). After that step the process was do-able as one person but it was a little disappointing that the first step needed more than one person. 2) The fabric of the canopy comes packaged nicely in plastic for your first time setting it up but there’s not really a place for it to go when you’re packing up. I was expecting to be able to fit it someplace between the legs but there wasn’t any way to secure it to the canopy or the bag, I kind of just had to fold it up as flat as I could and shove it in after the fact. It’s not the end of the world but I wish the pocket on the outside of the bag was big enough to fit the folded canopy. I didn’t use the weight bag and instead used my own metal stakes to secure it into the ground; I wouldn’t recommend relying on the plastic stakes this comes with if you’re going to encounter any kind of wind. Like I said, it’s a nice product at the end of the day and the center push button does really help with the set up, but you can’t assemble it fully on your own without a lot of effort.

First time set up took 2 of us - I'm sure it wouldn't be an issue for 1 person, but much easier with 2. Once put together taking it down is a breeze as you can leave it set up and just close it and put it in the bag. I love the wheel lock mechanism when closing the tent and the sand bags were such a help when we went to the beach! (There is even a pocket to store them). This tent is so worth the money especially with 3 little ones to keep an eye on while getting set up. So yes- buy it, it will be money well spent!

I’m vending at a new-to-me craft fair next month and they require all vendors to have canopies. I chose this June because they claim it’s a one-person setup, good reviews, and they have it in purple! I set it up in my driveway today to make sure it truly does require only one person and to get a feel for it. It was actually very easy to set up. I saw a complaint in a review stating that it takes two people to expand it to the full 10x10 size. Well, yes, that would take two,people. But, I don’t know why they felt they needed to expand it that far! I simply expanded it as far as I could, attached the canopy to the top, went under and pushed the center up. Easy peasy. It expanded to the full 10-foot square as I pushed it up. Would it have been easier with two people? Absolutely! But, it’s definitely doable with only one, and I’m no spring chicken either. 🤣 The frame is good quality, and the tent looks great! I’m really happy with my purchase. I love that it has wheels so it’s easy to move around, too. I stored it with the canopy still attached, so next time the job will be even quicker. Happy customer!

We really liked this and were quite happy with the accessories (pegs, weight bags, etc.). My only complaint on this would be the bad design of the case. I like the open bottom (wheels on the actual frame instead of the bag) idea so things like moisture can escape, but they do not have a good method of keeping the pop-up in the bag while pulling it. They use these silly little plastic pegs on straps to hold the bottom of the bag to the frame and the wheels are on the frame so the only thing keeping the bag from pulling off wile your towing it are two little plastic pegs that like to come out. Simply making them click in place would have resolved it but they slide out easily while towing.
