Canopy --it's not a gazebo- is very basic. Item came with 2 cracked top corner plastic connectors. Easy replacement, but Crosley after 24 minutes on hold said they don't do fix*it parts, and said to return it to Amazon. My impression was that they were almost daring me to send it back. Canopy top has connectors to frame that are poorly sown to the top, and look like they will rip out. Will give it a few more days but will likely return. ... show more

It’s great! Assembles fast and has multiple height options. Only thing I’d recommend getting is stronger spikes if you plan on leaving this out

I was so happy when I received this! I paid someone to assemble it and anchored it to my deck. Within 3 days we had a very mild storm and it completely destroyed it. The poles snapped in half and it caved in the middle. It is beautiful and big but unless you live in an area with no rain or wind I wouldn't recommend. ... show more

Easy to set up but after you set it up it will be broken within a couple hours. Only buy if you have no rain or wind in your area. What a waste of money. Put it up and it broke within a few hours. cannot handle any wind, if it rains it doesn't drain it worth a damn. all the supposedly metal bars will be bent within a few seconds. Really cheaply made. really disappointed how I got ripped off on this thing. avoid at all cost. lasted only a few hours for me. not recommended ... show more

    • Flimsy frame!
When I first got this, I was happy. The canopy is nice and as I was putting it up I noticed it seemed a bit heavy for the frame but decided that once it was spread out it would be fine. I had it up and enjoyed it for a few days with my family. It rained one evening and while the canopy was waterproof, the weight of the rain buckled the frame and one of the pieces broke in a bracket. Unfortunately my first instinct was correct and the frame is VERY flimsy. Sadly I purchased two, I may just return the second one and cut not losses! ... show more

    • fell apart during assembly
this thing is real junk. While setting it up two of the feet came off of the legs so the legs couldn't be extended and two of the spring buttons that locks the upper canopy in place broke loose as soon as they were pushed in. I've owned dozens of pop ups over the years and have never had these parts fail on any of them. Spend a few more bucks and buy a name brand, this one is cheap with a big C. ... show more
