Like I said I had one like this in 1955 but this one has the more to date. I played my 75 on it and it worked out just fine. I had to put the needle back on it's perch manually when the record got done. So you have to watch it. Other than that I love it!

I have been reluctant to purchase a turntable like this for quite some time. I always see them on sale at Christmastime, but have always steered clear. I really don't have any LP's and don't want to really start investing in vinyl again. But recently, a family member passed away and we came into possession of a number of unique record titles. Since I did not want them just sitting around the house, I finally purchased a small portable record player. I have always admired the "retro" feel of Crosley products, so I figured I would take a chance and could not be happier. The sound quality is very good for such a small unit and the learning curve is quick and easy (it's been 20 years since I last placed a record on a turntable). I love the retro color and feel. It is small and compact and takes up very little room in my already crowded den. Best of all, the bluetooth feature works great. The sound quality is not as great as some of the bluetooth-only speakers out there, but it is easy to connect and serves it's purpose. I think this is a good little system for kids and anyone starting out with their first stereo sound is OK but for the money can't complain good little system I recommend it definitely

Two days before Christmas my 7-yr old declared that she wanted a record player. Having already done research into beginner record players when looking for a present for my oldest last summer, I remembered good reviews of this Crosley when compared to other record players in this price range. This Crosley does not disappoint. The sound quality is very good. We have listened to records mostly from the 60s and a few newer recordings. The player is easy to use - which is a huge plus when it's a 7-yr old playing a Star Wars soundtrack. The spacer and rubber grip for a 45 are very easy to use - as my 4-yr old has proved. We do not generally use bluetooth speakers with it as the speakers within this a quiet loud. Turned all the way up, this player can fill our entire 2-story house with sound. ... show more

So I saw the review, and was a little worried cause I like a good quality sound. But I looked at all aspects of the reviews. The sound is actually good for the set up it is. It's portable. So if your expecting bose then it's not this one if you want to use the speakers from it. I hooked it up to my stereo and it sounded amazing. U get that vintage sound and hooking it up to a quality sound system gives you a great sound awesome! So that's a way to go. I am very happy with the purchase and for me I don't Max out the sound on the actual device so at normal levels it sounds great. Of course if you turn it up full volume it's not the best because it will get distorted. It's a great bang for your buck, I got it for my wife and she loves it. ... show more

This worked better than I expected it would after reading some of these reviews.The volume is surprisingly loud and the Bluetooth works great! Sometimes you have to play with the tone a bit to get it sounding right but that's to be expected.My only issue with my order is that my case came damaged. I had a gash in the leather and a few scratches.I THINK I WAS SENT A USED PRODUCT. I didn't bother to return this because i read so many reviews about many people having sound issues that i didn't want to risk getting one that didn't work as good.
