I definitely loved this outdoor loveseat. It is easy to install but I recommend to do it with two people. One aligned and held the pieces and while the other one screwed them in. I and my husband did it less than 30 minutes. Remind yourself not to tighten all screws in all the way until you align them all, there are two shorter screws to put the last in the middle piece. Once we were done it came out so modern and beautiful. It is sturdy and nice, the fabric is good quality, the cushion is comfy. I absolutely love this loveseat. The cushions are incredibly thick and comfortable, the rattan looks beautiful, and the quality feels way above the price point. It completely transformed my small balcony into a relaxing outdoor space where my family and I now spend so much time. I work remotely, and this has become my favorite “office” — I can take my laptop outside, get fresh air, and actually enjoy working from home. It’s the perfect spot to start the morning and get things done without feeling stuck inside. I do want to be upfront — my order arrived without the hardware, which was frustrating. I contacted customer service and honestly I wasn’t very patient with them, but they handled it professionally and took care of the issue. So props to them for that. Once everything was sorted and assembled, I couldn’t be happier. My dog has basically claimed it as her own too! This piece is a great addition to my new gazebo. It is very sturdy. I'm over 200lbs. and it does not budge when I move around on it. So, solid, comfortable, good cushion quality and to top it off, great customer service! I did have one issue but it was quickly rectified.

This product was extremely difficult to put together. The instructions were unclear and parts didn’t line up properly. What should have been a quick setup turned into a frustrating experience. I would not recommend it unless you’re ready to spend a lot of time figuring it out.
