I had previously used custom mouth trays and whitening gel that I got from my dentist years ago, but the trays did not fit very well anymore bc my teeth have shifted over the years. I had tried some different Crest whitening strips probably 10 years ago and was underwhelmed. These new 1 Hour Express strips are soooo much better than the old whitening strips, and even better than the whitening gel I used to get from my dentist. I would say that using each strip for one hour made my teeth at least 1-2 shades lighter per treatment. The strips stay in place, and I did not experience any gum or tooth irritation or sensitivity. Unlike mouth trays or the old type of whitening strips, the whitening agent on these strips stayed in place and didn't ooze all over. It took 3 treatments for me to get my teeth to the shade I wanted. At $6 per treatment, these strips are a little expensive, but I figure that I'll only need to use them once or twice a year to keep my teeth at the shade that I want. I forgot to take a "before" picture, so the first pic is after my first treatment.

Great product! My dentist recommended these strips many years ago. I was stunned by how well they worked. Every two years I need to use a few to bring my teeth back to their white state. I drink a lot of tea and coffee and I brush after every meal and beverage, but those products do stain. If you have a crown, these do not change the color of the crown but it's safe to put them over one. It really does make a difference when you don't have stains or yellowed teeth. It makes you look younger and healthier. Sad to say but it's the truth.

Crest 3D Whitestrips For a glistening smile! If you are someone that enjoys a nice, clean smile then this product is perfect for you. This is a easy-to-use product that only takes an hour out of your day to use, which in return will leave you with a sparkling smile! The Crest 3D Whitestrips are placed on the teeth for an hour per day for 7 straight days, and they are barely noticeable when in use; if that is something that would bother you. These whitestrips are the best product I have used for whitening teeth based on difficulty to use, amount of work you have to do to use, and the actual job they do on whitening your teeth. Application: I know there are other whitening techniques out there, but I'm not sure if there is anything as easy as using Crest 3D Whitestrips. The application for using these strips to whiten your teeth is about as simplistic as it gets. You simply take out one of the packages from the box and open it up. Inside there is a slip that has both of your strips, top and bottom, on it. You simply peel off one of the strips and place it over your teeth, but make sure you get all the way up to your gums because it really doesn't matter how much is left on the bottom to peel around the backside of your teeth because no one will see that anyway. The strips are also quite sticky, and will lose their stick once placed on your teeth so it's best to get the placement right on the first try. After you have applied the strips then you're basically finished; you just can't eat anything for that hour or drink anything warm. After the hour is up, simply peel off the strips and throw them away and you're good to go. Just do that for an hour a day for a week straight and your teeth will be an enhanced white. Quality: I know some people don't really care about how white their teeth are, but teeth have always stood out to me, and this is something that you can do whiten your teeth for only $35. I think these whitestrips are worth their money because of the job that they actually do, and it only takes about 2 minutes of your time to apply them each day for the week. I'm always had them stay stuck to my teeth, as long as they are applied correctly, for the entirety of the hour of which I used them. I plan on using Crest 3D Whitestrips in the future; probably about once per year or every 6 months. I truly do think that this is a product that works, and it will hold its whiteness for up to 6 months. If you are a person that thinks you have teeth that are starting to fade in color do to drinking coffee, smoking, etc. then I definitely recommend these strips for you. I love these, I've tried different whitening strips and at home treatments through my life since I was about 13. These are the most effective, second time I'm buying them. My teeth are sensitive and it does make them painful for a few days afterward, but I only use one treatment. It makes a noticeable difference after one treatment. I keep them in my cabinet and use every once in awhile/ like once a month. There's no reason to use every day. I would recommend these to others. A tip- I always peel the strip off, then stretch it a little bit. That way it covers more tooth area. I take my fingernail and press in between the teeth as I fold the strip down. Then I place a cotton ball under my tongue and set and hour timer to avoid feeling like I have to spit or tasting the product.

I have read a lot of mixed reviews about this product and actually I tried the auraglow product before this and had zero luck with multiple treatments. This product is absolutely perfect and as you can see from my pictures I am happy with the treatment. I did use the 7 treatments once per day over a week. DO NOT OVERDO IT orelse you will suffer from more uncomfortable tooth sensitivity! I would recommend take a couple days break in the middle if you can. I do believe it helps not feel any sensitivity at all. I only noticed if I do a 3rd or 4th day in a row then I would feel a little sensitivity, so maybe give your teeth a chance to recover for one or two days. Some people this apparently is not as effective for some reason or may even give more sensitivity than others however you won't know until you try it. I hope it works for you as it did for me. I know the crest stirps work but it was supposed to be treatment for 7 days and I received treatment for 10 days. Other than having to put the strips on 3 extra days everything else is 5 stars.
