I could notice a slight difference after 2 or 3 treatments. I've done 10 out of 22. Numbers 11 and 22 will be the express whitening strip. At this point I would say it's made a significant different but shades are hard to describe. So I would go with it made a enough of a difference to where I am really pleased. There is the slightest yellow tinge, but they are mostly a white/gray color. I don't think you'll ever reach like a paper white or outstanding white you see in ads, but it get's you to a color you'll be happy with. Warnings I would have like to have, you can get gum burn (which hurts pretty bad) and you salivate a ton. However, the gum burn lasted only a few hours and has only happened once. One other time I had a very slight stinging, but these things are minor and temporary so I'd say the process is worth it. Lastly some of the bottom ones haven't beeen sticking to my teeth, so I had to be careful not to move my mouth on those ones. I have before pics and will post when I get the afters. ... show more

Let me start by saying that I'm 28 years old and I never had my teeth whitened or even crossed my mind in doing so, I thought they look "okay" the way they were but boyyy I was wrong. This is a review with some info of my own experience using the product & to guide you on what you might expect and maybe help you with a decision. Aight, now I want to say that this product has impressed me soo much that this might be the longest review I ever wrote and no, I have not been sponsored or paid by this company, this is just my opinion and my honest review. Anyways, Crest 3D White Strips is one of those things that you didn't know you needed but trust me, this thing it's amazing. It went beyond my expectations and it's one of those products that I'll be buying on the regular from now on. Make sure that you are consistent and follow the directions when using it. The kit comes with 20 treatments + 2 One Hour Express treatments as a bonus. So it takes 20 days for the whole process plus 2 more days if you use the bonus treatments. One treatment per day and each treatment comes with 2 "whitening strips" one for lower and one for upper teeth. Also a little DISCLAIMER : I took pictures of the whole process and under the same lighting at around the same time of the day, I tried to take the photos with the same angle but no angle is exactly the same. Due to this some photos might look slighty different and with slighty different colors. You might also notice some slight color variations but every phone screen is different. As a reference the photos were taken on a Galaxy S22 Plus. I will also label the photos so you know which part of the process they are from. The pictures were taken as follows: 1. before starting the kit (DAY 1) 2. Half way tru the kit (DAY 10) 3. At the end of the kit (DAY 20) 4.after using the 1 Hour Express (DAY 21) 5.after using the 2nd 1 Hour Express (DAY 22) 6. And last, a picture from before starting the whole kit and a picture from the very end of the whole kit including the 2 One Hour Express. (DAY 1 & DAY 22) So to clarify, I used the whole kit including the 2 bonus treatments back to back but I don't think you have to do it exactly that way; I think is better if you use the 2 bonus treatments down the line, maybe a few months after the regular kit to somehow "extent" the whitening effect..? I think that is the reason why the whitening effect is less noticeable on the 1 Hour Express photos than the regular kit photos. Also on another note.. You might have seen on the reviews that you get sensitive teeth while using the kit, this is true but is not as bad a you think, at least for me it wasn't. In my experience I had sensitive teeth on some of the days that I used the kit but it goes away in a hour or two after each treatment. Sensitive tooth paste should help but dont let that discourage you cuz the end results are soo worth it ! Now, I want to end this review by saying that this product is worth every penny and I 100% recommend this to anyone. Also the pictures SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES ! Consistency and patience are the key here . It does make my teeth a little sensitive but i see result . For some people take 10 consistent days but it takes me almost 2 months and I am still working on it . I cut it in half like those TikTokers suggested. I am happier than ever

I haven't used them yet as I just got them today and I will say, the packaging, though ik its not the sellers fault it's the Crest company, but I thought id let people know. Ive never bought whitening strips before, but I bought the level 20, 44 strip box, and I was expecting there to be 44 strips. Theres 22 packages in the box, as each package has a top and bottom strip for your top and bottom teeth. Im not sure why they would count the strips separately. The box should say 22 strips, as there is technically only 22 uses, and it makes it sound like there are 44 uses, which is why I bought it. So just beware that you are getting half the number of uses compared to the number of strips. If people have bought strips before, they may know this, but for first time buyers like me, keep this in mind. ... show more

Once I confirmed that my dentist does approve this kit, I had to buy it and try it. I'll be 50 next month and I've grown up in the south so I had too many years of tea staining my teeth. I can tell a huge difference after using these.Definitely recommend!!! SECOND TIME AROUND - I reordered this and received something different and lesser in quantity. My husband had taken tetracycline as a child and it can cause stained teeth. A friend recommended this product for him to try and we were amazed!! Although he did use it twice in a month; which is not recommended, and his teeth are about 10 shades whiter, no joke!! He didn’t experience any sensitivity at all; but a lot of people do. I was sceptical of these because how good could they really be… the answer is soooo good. Can’t believe the difference in such a short time. I used them 4 consecutive days before getting composite bonding done and I went up 2 shades of white from a level 4 to a level 2. In just 4 days. They are definitely worth the money ... show more

I had never tried white strips before but wanted to after years of daily coffee. I noticed a difference after the first use and it just kept getting better day by day. That being said, I can see why they advise you only use them 2x per year because whatever chemicals are in this are PAINFUL! I got some serious jaw pain and a cold sore on the right side of my mouth that left me unable to chew for a few days. Not to mention a lot of teeth sensitivity. Pros: they work, they are quick and are absolutely perfect if you have an event coming up that you would like a brighter smile for. Cons: painful, causes cold sores, can’t be used more than twice a year. With all the filters and apps you could use to whiten teeth for pictures I don’t think I’d buy these again. It might be worth it to try something with less chemicals such as luminex. ... show more
