This jacket has 2 inside pockets, electric pulls to tighten around your waist. Also Velcro to tighten around the wrist. The hood does zip on/off with elastic pulls to tighten around your neck

I needed a warm all-weather coat for Scotland for the fall and this one is perfect. Haven't used it yet but it's light weight and feels warm. I just hope it's rainproof. some rain coats are not.

I was disappointed that the zipper did not go all the way down in the front. The sleeves are too short. The two sides of the front where there is a "pleat" are not even, one side is longer than the other. I looked at the other pictures in the reviews and I don't see anyone else had this issue. I'm going to return it.
