Description

The EasyFlex Decorative Adirondack No-Dig Landscape Edging Kit adds craftsman charm to any gardening or landscaping project. The black ornamental edging is flexible enough to use as a tree ring and the patented No-Dig L-shaped design eliminates damge from digging into tree and plant roots. An overlapping post system and interlocking anchoring tabs create seamless borders, eliminating the need for connector pieces. Unlike other decorative fence-style edging products, the 4.5-inch-high edging has a built-in retaining section designed to hold back bedding materials and can be installed on top of landscape fabric to prevent weed growth. Simply clear the area of debris and align the edging to the shape of the bed. Slide edging pieces together so anchoring tabs overlap. Then use a mallet to pound the spikes (included) into the ground on each end of edging to secure. Proudly made in the USA from recycled materials, the edging kit includes (48) edging pieces and (54) 8-inch anchoring spikes.

I lo e how it looks and how easy it was to put them together. The reason I give them 4 stars is because they don’t send enough stakes to complete the project. They don’t even send half of what’s needed, but other thank that very nice and easy to put them together, easy to bend specially when doing corners. I'm not one to typically write gushing reviews (or any reviews) of products, but this one deserves it. Purchased 2 boxes of this edging for 30 ft to set the boundary for a mulching project I plan on finishing soon. Went out to lay it out and my pre-K kid wanted to watch Dad work in the yard. Ends up, it was so easy to put in that I let them help me install it! Literally, so easy a kid can do it. I came back when I got an alert they went on sale a couple of weeks later and bought 4 more boxes. I ended up making the circular bed around a palm by the street and hand-pulling then mulching that bed first. I've gotten so many compliments on how it looks as a whole package, and our yard guy has used a weed eater right onto the edging and it hasn't phased it a bit. Granted, it's all still pretty new - about a month in - so we'll see how it holds up to harsh Florida sun long term. I'm doing native gardening throughout my yard and so not all of my beds were gonna be edged, but who knows, I love this so much I may end up edging them all anyways. ... show more

I was disappointed with the height of this fence. I did decide to use it around some of the plants in my yard n it looks cute. Just make sure to not make my mistake n read the directions before using the fencing . I assumed that for the holes in the fence that there would be a spike to go into it that’s not the case. Could have had more spikes for and easier setup. ... show more

I bought this because it was inexpensive, but also what I needed for a test garden this year near the front of my house. I mainly wanted something to let landscapers and lawn care providers to not cut or poison the area. It was simple to set up. People are complaining about the lack of spikes, but if you read - you do not have to put one in every hole. I have spikes left over! I may secure it a little better, but for what I use it for it's fine. Speaking of spikes. I was afraid that hitting them with a regular hammer would break them. I read that a rubber mallet is better. These spikes are beyond sturdy. Unfortunately, I'm a few fences short of surrounding the whole area, so I just purchased another box. More than I'm going to need, but now I'll have replacements if my landscapers somehow ruin anything. My area is one that shouldn't need to have a trimmer or anything else run by it, but I've had issues in the past with lighting that was ruined by them. Time will tell. I’ve been doing landscaping for over 25 years- this is the edging I chose for MY house. It is the quickest, and easiest to install by far. I got the 4” because I was replacing landscape timbers. I did a 20 foot, raised bed in less that ten minutes. It looks great! You just put it in place, put a stake in to hold it, and then cover the lil foot with dirt or mulch. DONE. ... show more
