I wrote a previous review and need to update / correct it. This is a great game. Well made console, lots of games, hours of fun. Better than advertised. My concern was with the shipper but Brian from COD USA took charge once he heard of my issues and fixed everything within 24 hours. He called, texted and was my advocate back to the shipper until issues resolved. I was thoroughly impressed and so impressed that I see they have other great games. Buying more games as I type since it is a pleasure to finally deal with a company that sells quality, stands behind the entire process, and does so at a great price. Thx Brian.     • Looks, good no instructions, great customer service, can't save high scores

Really tough for me to choose one set of stars to cover all aspects. Machine looks great and it does come with 3500 games - 5 stars only about 50 of the 3500 games are things you have likely heard of - 3 stars Game doesn't save high scores - 1 star (and this is a big one because we have it in an office and we are competitive) . This is tempting us to send it back as it just arrived. See this as a major flaw Instructions that came with the game - 1 star. Broken english, and terrible instructions that didn't make sense on how to start game, turn down volume (which is on motherboard, etc) Customer service - 5 stars (the guy at Creative is great and solved all our issues but the high score and said it didn't save scores) ... show more
