The media could not be loaded. Taking directions contradict each other. On the bottle it says 30 mins after workout, whereas in the add it says workout days, take it 30 mins before workout. The taste is great, i think i see some good results. I’ve been taking it for about a month now. The scoop is way too short, as many of reviewers noted, but you gotta be creative. So I’ve bought these a couple of times. Great powder for absorbing water. Blue raspberry tastes great, a little sweet and sour. But the fruit punch extreme is absolutely awful. Dry scooping the fruit punch will make your tongue burn due to how sour it is. You can barely even taste the fruit punch over the mouth puckering flavor. So I would highly suggest not getting the fruit punch. But overall the price is very reasonable for serving to mg. This would be a great candidate if you were to start creatine, and or creatine loading. Also high quality creatine for what is offered. Hope this helps you make your choice! ... show more
