  • This product is a reliable and worthwhile investment.
Style: A-Creality Glass bed
I recently upgraded my 3D printer with the Creality Official Ender 3 Glass Bed, and it has completely transformed my printing experience. This high-quality glass platform is a must-have for any Ender 3 Pro, Ender 5, Ender 5 Pro, or Ender 3 V2 user. One of the standout features is how easy it is to remove the printed models. The microporous composite material coating on the glass bed reduces the platform temperature and shrinkage, allowing the model to be effortlessly 'extruded' within just one minute. This saves me valuable time and ensures a smooth and hassle-free printing process. The high viscosity and strong adhesion of the composite nano molecule coating provide excellent model adhesion. I no longer have to worry about models detaching or warping during printing. The result is precise and reliable prints every time. The flatness of this glass bed is truly exceptional. The combination of chemically tempered glass and the uniform composite coating creates an incredibly flat and even surface. With a 0.15mm flatness recovery model, I can trust that my prints will have excellent accuracy and consistency. Not only is the glass bed durable and wear-resistant, but it's also easy to clean. The protective film on the surface of the composite coating prevents scratches and dust accumulation, ensuring a clean printing surface for every project. The Creality Official Ender 3 Glass Bed is a game-changer for 3D printing enthusiasts. Its easy model removal, strong adhesion, exceptional flatness, and durability make it an essential upgrade. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced user, this glass bed will elevate your printing results to new heights. With its perfect fit for various Ender models and dimensions of 235x235x4mm, this product is a reliable and worthwhile investment for anyone seeking high-quality prints with ease. ... show more

  • A bit too effective
Style: A-Creality Glass bed
My first, and currently only 3d printer, is an Ender 3 v2 Neo. While I like the stock magnetic print bed, which I found pretty convenient for removing prints, it had very poor adhesion. Thus, I replaced it with this... And let me say that it works a tad too well. Now, instead of my prints being unable to properly adhere, I physically cannot remove my prints once this thing cools. As I mainly print in PLA, I found that this can be remedied by setting the bet temperature manually to ~80°C. Overall, since getting the upgrade, I have never had poor bed adhesion, aside from leveling issues. ... show more

  • Works great for my needs
Style: A-Creality Glass bed
Solid product, although it does take a while for it to cool properly before you can remove the print. Install was easy, just removed the old magnetic strip from my ender 3 pro and just placed this on top. The residue from the old glue helped secure it in place quite well. Heating time doubled I'd say, but still doesn't take that long. ... show more

  • Requires adhesive
Style: A-Creality Glass bed
I bought this bed plate to have an alternative to the stock option from Creality which left a rough surface on the bottoms of prints. There is some texture to this bed that shows through on prints, but the surface is smooth to the touch. Unlike some other glass beds that I've seen, such as that on the Ultimaker S5 we use at work, I found that I needed to use glue stick to get good adhesion to the print surface, a lot of prints failed after the first few layers without any adhesive. If using glue stick is a deal breaker, avoid this bed, but otherwise it is a good way to have a smoother surface on a build plate. ... show more

  • I really wish there a way to adhere this to the heating plate...
Style: A-Creality Glass bed
The plate itself is perfectly fine. Smooth, level, with good adhesion for PLA. However, it slides around on my heating plate, requiring binder clips (get the 3/4" / 19mm clips -- 1" clips are too big and hit the sides and extruder) to hold it in place. It would be nice if there was some material I could use to stick it to the heating plate. ... show more

  • I wish I had purchased this sooner!
Style: A-Creality Glass bed
I've sworn by magnetic bed printing and heard all of the issues with printing to glass, so I had no reason to switch. Boy am I glad I did! Installation takes a couple of simple steps, but once the leveling is dialed in, it works great. My very first print was spot on perfect. It even popped off of the glass with barely any effort. Adhesion was not an issue. One note - the glass has a textured side and a smooth side. After research, I opted to print on the smooth side and that works for me. You can try it and decide for yourself. Keep in mind that with any glass bed... > you will need to adjust your Z-axis limit switch upward by a few millimeters (the thickness of the glass. I loosened the switch, raised it and set the edge of the glass under it - then tightened it back). That adjusts exactly to the thickness of your new glass bed. > Level - level - level. If you aren't using a BL Touch, the paper method (which I use) works perfectly fine, but do it a few times to be SURE it is dialed in right. The paper should be able to make it under the nozzle with a bit of friction / drag. This is step is crucial! > adjust your initial layer height to .3 in your slicer software > Lastly, clean the glass with Isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol using a microfiber rag before each print. I print PLA at 62° and it is working great so far. Great seller - the glass comes with clips to hold it in place and everything is packaged securely in foam for thorough protection. I highly recommend this product! ... show more

  • Bad adhesion
Style: A-Creality Glass bed
First, it didn't come with any clips like others say they had in their package. And adhesion isn't good. Tried heating the plate more but still bad adhesion.
