  • Great value multicolor printer
Set name: Creality K2 Combo
So far so good. Packaging was top notch. Assembly wasnt too difficult - I was printing within an hour. 250g white filament included - typical prints range from 25-100g so went through it pretty quick. Print quality was great. We were using creality app so far to print some shared model files. Note CFS requires 1kg reel size, so you need to print adapters to use cfs with 250g reels. I didnt realize this at first so had a few errors with the cfs, but used the spool holder to start. Kid friendly to start (find a model, click print, make sure the right filament is selected), and aiming to get into more complex stuff as kids learn. Havent had any clogging issues. Auto leveling and calibratibg been working no issue. Heated print bed been working and pieces have come off without breaking. Got on sale for 550$ seems to be the best multicolor i could get for that money so good value ... show more

  • Very clean prints, holds well and is quiet.
Set name: Creality K2 Combo
I've printed two figures and two tools with this and I can say it's really good. The auto level is a nice feature, I don't have to guess and use a paper to check the spacing. The WiFi connection with this works also compared to my other printers which I spent hours trying to setup to connect and wouldn't. The software is also easy to use and talks to the printer rather well. You can even monitor it from your computer with the built-in camera. Noise levels are at a minimal and I can work next to it without the noise being distracting unlike my open air printers where all the gear movements are heard. Cleaning is also easy as it dispenses unwanted plastic in like a slide in the back. The only problem was that there's no collection bin so you have to make your own. Overall I say it's a good printer for its size and the price you pay for it is definitely worth it considering you gel relatively clean prints with this thing. ... show more

  • Unhappy with K2 Combo
Set name: Creality K2 Combo
The Creality K2 Combo has been a big disappointment due to poor design and cheap CFS parts. It still took about an hour to assemble this extremely large piece of equipment that is advertised as preassembled for a “plug and play” experience. Be aware, the box it arrives in, is about 60lbs. Power cord was defective and wouldn’t stay in the back of the machine without tape. There are only 4 color options available, even though the printer has a place for a spool on the back. You have to choose the CMF or the printer you can’t physically have the filament lines set up on both, at the same time. I had Wi-Fi connection issues, I spent two full days trying to figure why I was unable to connect the printer to the internet. My old K1C was super simple, so after reading several blogs, the K2 Combo is unable to run on 5Ghz which is what I have for Wi-Fi. This means, the only way I can print is by using a flash drive. With that said, the camera won’t work, I can’t create models on my phone and send them to the printer. I have no way to check on the printer if I am not physically next to it. Not being able to use all the features available is non-sensical but I was still willing to try it. I wanted an enclosed, multi-material unit that was pretty much load, print and forget, at an affordable price. I thought this K2 Combo was it. I have tried many times to achieve several simple small models. CFS feeder slot #2 gave continuous errors when loading and unloading filament, then the extruder would get plugged and require a disassembly to clear. I used several generic PLA brands and the machine continuously malfunctioned with feed issues, adhesion problems, warping and extruder clogs. The extruder does consistently bang against the side of the printer, and at certain times, when trying to print, the K2 Combo shakes violently. The K2 Combo only got over three may be four layers on several different models before failing with adhesion issues. The one time a model made it to ½” high (even using supports), it failed and the AI “Spaghetti Detector” never alerted, so the printer kept right on making spaghetti! A different print made it to about ¼” in height, and was warping so bad, the print had to be stopped. I have joined forums and done hours of research trying everything from adjusting the bed temp, adjusting the extruder temp, washing the plate with soap and water, using glue, changing the fan speeds, all to no avail. After 5 days of trying, multiple failed prints, a lot of wasted filament and time, I am no closer in getting the printer to print consistently and correctly. I’m very disappointed I've wasted dozens of hours working on this machine and deciphering nondescript error messages leading to poorly translated documentation. Creality is not ready for CFS. I was rather pleased with the K1C, but the K2 Combo has been an absolute nightmare of bad parts, tedious maintenance, and poor design. Every component requires disassembly to do anything. No videos/tutorials for K2 Combo only K2 Pro or K2 Plus – this makes me believe the K2 Combo was a prototype as there are many issues with it. ... show more

  • The King Of Printers
Set name: Creality K2 Combo
This one gets a full 5 stars from me. I’ve been truly excited to give this printer a shot ever since it was announced at release. I’m going to be honest, I’m a flashforge guy. After using the Creality? I don’t want to go back! When I say the quality of this printed is amazing, I mean it is truly remarkable. It feels like having something out of Tony starks lab sitting on my desk. Unboxing was a breeze, packaging was top tier and they definitely took the time to carefully pack and place styrofoam in every place to ensure a safe arrival. Upon opening and removing styrofoam I was happily greeted by multiple warning stickers guiding me what to do and not to do. Even better? A support book that supported several different languages, walking you step by step on how to set up your printer. For this first time in a long time I didn’t look up a video. That instructions were that clear. In the 3D printing world I’ve never met a company that made me feel like they truly believed in opening their products up on every level to the consumer until creality. They even included several spare parts for any future breakdowns which is incredibly handy to have. Inside the printer you’re treated and greeted with a beautiful 256x256x256 build plate, a bright light to provide you easy working light, and a pretty decent camera. (All of these can be controlled in the creality cloud app and printer) After the initial set up I went right to printer calibrations where bed leveling was a breeze with a push of a button. Using some hyper white pla that was included with the printer we got right to work. Print speeds were impeccable! Not only this but the printer while printing? I barely heard while I continued my work in my office elsewhere. So far we’ve had zero issues with quality of prints, clogging issues, bed adhesion, or print failures. Don’t get me wrong 3D printing to someone new can be very intimidating. Not with creality. Do yourself a favor. If you have thought about getting into 3D printing, this should be at the top of your list. The pricing is incredible considering you get an electronic dry box from creality and a printer. That’s called quality value for your money right there. ... show more

  • Spool sizes need larger spools or print out adapters
Set name: Creality K2 Combo
Its really nice. Word of warning. You need large spools on this machine. Smaller spools dont work because of the way the rollers work. Assembly is easy but you need to use the DIRECTIONS!!! Dont ask me how I know this. Once I worked out a few kinks (operator headspace). It worked perfect. It prints way faster than my Ender Pro 3 ... show more

  • Great balance between price and performance.
Set name: Creality K2 Combo
Great printer, BEWARE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. As I read them, it's really people that don't know what they are doing. You just cant get one of these with no 3d printing experience and expect good results. If they would take the time to learn how 3d printing works, they would have better results. There is a learning curve to 3d printing. If you are short on knowledge, maybe get a little printer to start with. Then move up to this one once you understand how 3d printing works. I hope this review is helpful to you. ... show more

  • AMAZING product, but shop around for price
Set name: Creality K2 Combo
Great printer, but way overpriced, it's $200 cheaper at the creality store when not on sale, plus they wouldnt let me cancel it before it even shipped so go check the site out first. (At time of writing, at the creality website it's $550 on sale, $700 when not on sale. Here its $900 normally and was $650 on sale; 1/31/26). As for a review, This thing is amazing. Upgraded from a modified ender 3 that served me well and will continue to be my prototyping machine. This has everything I had to add after purchase to my ender 3 and more, plus its hundreds of times easier to use. Your projects will need to be sliced in their software to use all it's features, which is worth learning. I can print and monitor it from anywhere with their app. Compared to the ender 3 it's orders of magnitude faster and the print bed is one of the best I've worked with when it comes to adhesion and durability. the only issue I have had so far was operator error when it came to build plate adhesion type, but the camera AI didnt "see" it and stop the print so I'm sure they'll work out any bugs and update it. The auto leveling is like magic, there was a tiny filament string hanging down from the nozzle and it was able to detect that, clean the nozzle and continue. The enclosure and servo motors make it very quiet, no more mini dot matrix printer symphony while printing. The CFS is great as its an auto feed and filament dryer with humidity and temp display. ... show more

  • Not worth the money at all just a waste of time!
Set name: Creality K2 Combo
Im so disappointed in how this printer has been working so far. I purchase a 4yr warranty just in case I needed help since the precious printers I purchased had issues as well. I thought maybe I need better quality so I will spend the extra 200$ more and get a better printer. Once I setup this up my kids and me were so excited to use it. I quickly realized how the creality app had very minimal options to pick files from for 1 and maybe thats why i n couldn't get a single print to come out right so maybe i would have to purchase if I wanted better quality. My first purchase was 20$ for a stl multi color print that was the size on my pink nail not exaggerating. Even then it did not print!!! Just sent noodles all over the place. This continued to happen after multiple different files that I got from creality loaded onto their app. I would get some passed the base then the print would start lifting off the plate. Why is this happening im so frustrated. I read every single review before buying and the majority were good but now im stuck.i called the warranty for help amd all I got was a useless lady asking me how to get to what and using Google as a reference because she had new clue either. So I spent 100 extra $$$ for nothing! I spent 2hrs on the phone with her just so she could fetch me know where im beyond pissed at this point and will be returning once again. ... show more
