The media could not be loaded. I love this product. The setup was a little bit challenging, but the instructions are clear enough until you have to add additional CFS units. But there are great YouTube videos for that part. I have been happy with its out-of-the-box usability. You will need to learn about printing before it's perfect, but that's true of every single machine. I really like Creality better than my Elegoo printer.

CREALITY K2 COMBO FOR THE WIN!! First 3D printer and I 100% feel i made the perfect choice!! Owned it for 9 days now and have 268 hours of use logged on it and it just wants to go!! Only issues I have had were noob mistakes like not glueing the plate before a print. Customer service through the app chat is great also when you have any beginner questions. I love this machine and so does the family with all the cool stuff I've been able to create. Black friday deal was the perfect time to make the leap.

Must be the machine we got perhaps, but we are having to replace the hotend in one week after malfunctioning. Worked great for 2 - 3 days, then started to have clogging issues.
