After carefully considering what brand to purchase I finally settled on the Creality Falcon2 Pro. Although I received it a day earlier than expected, the main thing I noticed upon opening the box was that the transparent film was missing, having watched an unboxing video beforehand. I immediately contacted Creality for assistance. It took 2 days to get a response from them requesting more information, which I immediately sent them. (Product support is SO VERY important for an item like this!) I was hoping to make Christmas gifts with this and another day has passed with only 4 days to go. I expect they will send the missing part but I am so disappointed with the delay! Once everything is up and running and my disappointment is hopefully alleviated, I will update this review (w/more stars??) on the performance, both of the product AND Creality support team. 😊 *Fingers crossed* *UPDATE* Customer support was slow with responses so I contacted Amazon and they were very helpful! There was further delays with the shipper due to weather but I was finally able to use the laser. I'm not a professional at this but I am very happy with the product at this point and I'm looking forward to doing some nice projects!

I have used several Creality 3D printers and like them but this laser, although very nice construction, is not a great buy. I’m sure some people have gotten good units but my unit was defective and Creality product support is less than helpful so after many User Groups I decided to return the laser and cut my losses.

Got it all set up followed the directions and all . I got the machine and air to flow but laser output anything. It acts as its cutting/engraving but it’s not. Using light burn

It might work if you get past the initial assembly of the plastic sheet into the cover frame. Of course it would also help if the holes for the machine screws holding the cover frame were properly aligned. I gave up, I have better things to do with my life. Then the insult of having to pay to drop it off at UPS and to be told that I need to supply a box for the box it came in even though it arrived in its factory shipping box without an outer box. Seriously annoyed and regret going near this product.
