The product scans are nowhere near point one millimeter detail. Scanning objects look like a giant blob. Tracking's poor, broke the legs on the stand on first use of just setting it on the counter top.

i tried everything to get this to scan some parts and it dint work id did do a good job at scanning peoples faces/ body but that's about it

There’s a bit of a learning curve and scans can not be done and sent to printer as they need post processing work. But the detail is amazing

I know a quality 3d scanner is expensive. I get it... but for nearly $400 the software for this really should be better. I tested this on iOS, Mac and PC. There wasn't a single scan attempt where I was able to get a quality scan of an object, person, simple box, anything. I was constantly fighting to get the object at the right distance, and even then, the software would start "walking" away from the object. Again, it didn't matter what type of object it was. My BEST scan, was of a tape measure, and the geometry needed so much cleanup that it wasn't worth it. It was frustrating to say the least.

Never could get the wifi to work and the phone option would never connect. I could only get it to work directly plugged into pc.

WiFi bridge and phone service won’t work. Only worked when hooked directly to computer. Even then the software was glitching and took hours to get just one scan from it.
