DO NOT BUY! This thing is junk! From the moment I installed the software, nothing worked. It did it's update, it showed the scanner was connected, and as soon as I would click New Project, the scanner would disconnect. I Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, tried it from 2 different computers, nothing worked. Each time I tried to run the software it would not find the scanner AFTER it showed connected. Customer support is even worse! The first two you couldn't even understand them because of their extremely thick heavy accent. Then as I explained the issue, they will first ask where you bought it, Amazon, etc. Then they'll ask if you issued a ticket for service via email with your proof of purchase, etc. You can only get customer/product support via steps through email, but only after you've submitted a request and then you'll get issued a ticket for service. Ease of use, - 1, quality-1, software - 1, value for money - 1, I shared photos of the issues. Trust me, it's not worth the stress. I immediately returned it and bought another brand. ... show more

This somewhat worked. It would lose tracking every few seconds. The camera says it does 30fps, but after firmware updates the best I was able to manage was a buggy 12 fps

I would give it a zero star is there is one. This is absolutely a piece of trash. I paid $265 now I could not even get my money back. Connected the scanner in all ways instructed, USB 2. 0 and 3.0 port at front and back of the computer, as well as restarted the computer and checked connection to make sure it was secure, not once the Creality scanning software could detect the scanner. So, I went to my amazon order page to get the product support, clicked on 'FAQ' to go to brand service disclaimer. This is what happened after I clicked 'FAQ', 'Brand service disclaimer' was the next thing popped up; there was no other option. So, I clicked 'Proceed' under 'Brand service disclaimer'. Guess what came up next? You guessed. 'Not Found' with a smaller print underneath 'This page does not exist.' I also have a Creality 3D printer. It was a nightmare to work with. The extrusion nozzle got jammed so often that the head broke after it got disassembled and reassembled so many times to clean out the nozzle. No more Creality product for me. ... show more
