Absolute trash. Made a scanner with and old Xbox connect like 10 years ago and the fidelity was much better. This is a gimmick toy and in no way useful in any world of dimension , scale, accuracy. For $260 I thought why not, even not great fidelity still helpful. Wrong, it’s so finicky, unreliable, takes forever to load and start, and just fails every time. I don’t know how people are using this for anything besides low fidelity head scans for making poor quality head prints. When I can finally get a scan of only very basic geometry parts.. it’s so distorted that simply no value. For reference I do design and 3d cad and prototyping professionally, and do project builds at home for hobby. There is no mechanical value for this tool ... show more

Works very good for the price but you need to have a really good computer for it to work the best that it can if your computer is slow it will just take longer scanning

I was hoping to capture a drone for 3D print and this just couldn't lock in on the object. Tried it on a few other things and it is just too difficult to use. For the price, it's probably the best that can be expected, but takes too much work and my cell phone apps are much quicker.

Don’t waste your money 2 days trying to scan a simple piece or metal and it won’t work. This is what it comes up as. Very poor quality scanner Spend the extra money to buy a better product
