For the price, this chainsaw has met our expectations and performed well with mostly medium-duty tasks around our wood-line and yard. We dropped and reduced the remains of a dead tree that was approximately 1 ft diameter, 8 large shrubs, reduced several small stumps, and a lot of underbrush. All of this was done without recharging, with plenty of battery power to spare. We've used the saw several times, since, to cut deadwood that has fallen, still without the need to recharge. The unit is easily cleaned by removing the side panel; no tools required - which I would always recommend for the longevity of any power tool. *The saw does not ship with bar oil, nor is the oil reservoir pre-filled, so pick up a small bottle at the local hardware department while awaiting shipping! Overall, very pleased with this investment for light to medium household yard duty. ... show more

Got this chainsaw for grazing pasture maintenance. Use it to cut small cedars and some other small trees that may not be appropriate for silvopasture development. It is a lot easier to pack this little saw around that my Husqvarna 266, 24" bar gas saw. b Battery life is good enough for me. I have a 4 amp/hr and 5 amp/hr battery I take with me. I use canola oil for bar oil and the saw just doesn't seem to use much bar oil. Seems to use just enough to keep the chain lubricated. Hope it lasts. I love the little saw. ... show more

My husband got me this saw, I have a shoulder issue and with the battery start and comfortable weight I can use it easily. I used it to trim fruit trees and clear limps from our trail through the woods. Fits easily in our Honda Pioneer so we can take it with us when we go in the woods. It ran strong, cutting through even an 8” log and the charge lasted remarkably long. I’m not compensated for the review, just wanted to give an honest opinion for others.
