The aluminum pump casing was broken inside the box along with the plastic tool holding plaque. Outside shipping box was not damaged. Inside had very light, and flimsy packaging. We were refunded our money and very grateful for that.

Product worked well but they packed & delivered it 3 times! The first 2 deliveries had bad packing or handling and the casting on the motor that received the water hose was broken off. They continued to send new ones until the 3rd was OK. Think more about the packing of products or how you handle them during shipment & delivery. ... show more

Both came BROKEN!!! The fist purchase was the first 2 pics and the 3rd pic is the BROKEN REPLACEMENT!!! No option for us to send it back for or over $500 refund on two broken machines!!!

We essentially ordered this product twice and both times the machine was broken at the place where the hose connects to the power washer. We were refunded our money but never informed why this kept happening.

I was exited on purchasing this pressure washer. Unfortunately there were a few issues with it. For starters it did not come in the original box, a few items weeks loose inside the box. The gas tank has a dent and it’s hard to open and close. The pressure gun has small scratches on it. The plastic holder for the tips and the gun is broken. The only reason I don’t return it is because I have a schedule job to do tomorrow on 2/3/23 so I guess I just have to deal with the issues. ... show more

My pressure washer arrived damaged. I received it with a broken axial cam pump, the part where the water hose is supposed to connect is snapped off and just sitting in the box.
