Relatively easy install. So much functionality, does a lot of things for you. Solid bluetooth connectivity. Easy install, good value for the money. Responsive menus, solid bluetooth connectivity, perfect fit. Wow. What a difference. Kinda like driving a new car. Almost :) Instructions are a bit light but install is pretty straight forward. The hardest part, running the backup cam wire, isn't really hard just it takes the most time. Considering all the connectivity options, the sound quality, all the functionality, this is really a no-brainer for an older car and a great value. Almost like driving a new car! Almost. ;) Lots of functionality. Navigation, sound, bluetooth, everything works the way I expected. Unit arrived well packaged, no damage or missing parts. it comes with all cables needed for single or dual climate zones. Instructions are straight forward & relatively easy to follow. I would recommend hooking up/connecting everything whether you think you will use it or not to avoid having to reopen the unit after installation. Navigating through the functions are fast and seamless without any glitching of slowdowns. Backup camera is the hardest part of the install but works very well, even at night. The screen is a highlight. It is bright, clear, and very responsive to touch. Moving between menus and apps is smooth with no noticeable delay, and the colors are vivid which makes maps, album art, and apps easy to see. Your controls should work from the bottom of the radio as well as from the touch screen. If touchscreen doesn't work here, maybe you didn't connect the small interconnecting wire harnesses on the back of the radio. GPS runs reliably without lag, and having WiFi built in makes it easy to download updates or stream. Bluetooth call quality is clear, and music sounds better than before thanks to the improved audio processing. There are plenty of YouTube videos that will guide you through the process, which I recommend watching a couple before starting, so you have a better idea of the steps. The best feature about it is the reverse camera, which is a game-changer, and the turn by turn navigation map. Fit perfectly. Great upgrade for the price.

I've installed quite a few aftermarket radios over the years, and I always judge them the same way—I don't care how nice the screen looks if the basic functions don't work reliably. Before putting the dash back together, I tested Bluetooth pairing, Wireless CarPlay, FM reception, steering wheel control compatibility where applicable, GPS, and the backup camera input. Everything initialized without any unexpected issues, and the touchscreen was responsive enough that navigating through menus didn't feel sluggish. After using it for several days, it settled into daily use exactly the way I hoped. CarPlay connected automatically every time I started the car, navigation loaded quickly, and music resumed without having to reconnect my phone. I also spent some time adjusting the DSP and equalizer instead of leaving everything at the default settings. With a little tweaking, I was able to clean up the mids and get much better overall balance from the factory speakers. Once everything was dialed in, the Civic honestly felt ten years newer inside. Pros - Responsive touchscreen - Reliable Wireless CarPlay - Good DSP and EQ controls - Stable Bluetooth connection - Modern factory-like appearance Cons - Installation takes patience if it's your first dash replacement. Conclusion This turned out to be much more than just a radio replacement. This is a pretty solid upgrade for a 2001–2005 Honda Civic, especially if you still have the original radio. The 9-inch touchscreen completely changes the feel of the interior and adds a lot of features that these older Civics obviously never came with from the factory. The 4GB RAM and 64GB storage are a good setup for this type of Android radio. It should be plenty for normal use with navigation, music, and other basic apps without feeling as limited as some of the cheaper 2GB units. Wireless CarPlay and Android Auto are also a huge convenience since you can use maps, music, calls, and messages directly from your phone without plugging it in every time. It also has Bluetooth 5.0, 5G Wi-Fi support, FM radio, steering wheel control support, and a 32-band EQ, so there are plenty of options for adjusting the audio to your liking. The included backup camera is a nice bonus and adds another useful modern feature to an older car. As with most aftermarket Android radios, I would recommend checking the wiring and exact fitment for your specific Civic before installation rather than assuming everything will be completely plug-and-play.
