These were exactly as advertised. Beautiful once assembled and so comfortable to sit in! The quality of the fabric was high level and color true to the picture. Just remember that you do have to assemble these and it takes approximately 1 - 1.5 hours to assemble each stool to ensure that they’re secure. Patience is a virtue! Ha! Ha!

Wow, I love the look of the barstools, I would make sure to keep the Allen wrench handy because you will need to tighten various screws with use. I am concerned that the swivel motion of the chairs is going to quickly cause a hole in the leather on the sides where it hits the counter. It hasn’t done it yet and I’ve had them for about six months, but I can almost see it coming. I would recommend them, but maybe four households that don’t have super heavy use.

We got set of 4 stools. They arrived in two boxes. Each box had a pair of stools packaged in it. The boxes were heavy. All parts were labeled and packaged very well. Instructions and tools to put together were included. There were not many parts or steps to complete the assembly. However each chair took about 20 minutes on average for 1 person assembly. After the first one, the remaining were easy to assemble. Follow the instructions and make sure to choose correct numbered legs that face each other diagonally and also correct horizontal support bars that go in the lower slots and the ones that have to go in higher slots. Each slot in all parts were aligned very well and didn’t have to fiddle at any step. We had very little overhang on our counter and needed stools that don’t stick out too much. Found these that looked like they won’t stick out too much but we were worried that it’s not enough seat to sit on as they were not looking too deep. We were so wrong. These seats are not only comfortable but also give enough support for the back along with more than enough base to sit on. They swivel too. The swivel is so smooth. Also the horizontal bar on the legs for foot rest has extra plastic that is nailed on it is very smooth. It’s a nice touch to the chair and comfortable to the feet. The fabric is true color to photo. Very well made. Nail heads design give it a very nice look. We had couple spills and it was easy to clean. There is no pocket between back cushion and seat. So there’s no way for food to get stuck. The join is east to clean as it’s visible. Quick vacuum will get out the dried food. So far it’s been serving us well. It has been couple months and no Piling of fabric yet with daily use. Additionally the swivel is very smooth. Infact it’s too smooth even when we sit on it. Am super happy with how they look and how comfortable they are.

Chairs are pretty, however,they are awkward to sit on. They have very low back support and a slight angle to the back which makes you feel like you are sliding off. Buyer beware! Although it says free shipping, That is only for receiving the item. In requesting a return the seller makes you pay for return shipping. The label for return states you may use: UPS, Fed-ex or USPS. However, UPS stated they couldn't take them because it was not a UPS return label. Fed ex delivered them, but would not take the label PROVIDED BY THE SELLER for return. The boxes are awkward and heavy. There would be no way to return unless you schedule a return and have your own mailing label. That is of course, unless you plan to use a dolly or are able to pull up and have help carrying extra large heavy boxes into a mailing center. I think if my return experience was smooth, uneventful and easy. I, possibly, would have rated the chairs a bit higher. As it is a preference. If you like low backs and the feeling of sliding off great. But, they weren't for me. HOWEVER, With the nightmare of returning the chairs, I have made note to NEVER make a purchase with his seller/company again. What a complete hassle!
