They are not real bulbs, the lights are sticky taped on the mirror and you have to do it. Cord looks sloppy just lying on the desk. The plug doesn't stay in securely which makes the lights flash uncontrollably and you need to unplug to fix. If it weren't for the horrible lighting I'd give 5 stars. Very easy to assemble

The light bulbs are connected via a usb and the images of the product are not a true depiction of the lights. I assumed the wire was woven through holes in the mirror and wired through the back. But the wire is just dangling as you attached the lights to the mirror using double sided sticky adhesives. The product also arrived damaged. The top table of the vanity had a big gouge in it and other scratches as well. I would not buy again.
