I purchased this nugget ice maker for a present. The ice maker is easy to use and doesn’t take up much counter space. The only negative, is that the ice melts easily in the ice tray. Good price.

This little machine is a must have!! I love eating ice and this produces the best nugget ice. I was skeptical but am so glad I bought this one! I can easily move it to our camper when we go on trips. It makes ice almost instantly. Super easy to take apart and clean. The noise is the only drawback but for me it’s definitely worth it to always have the ice I love!

Worked fine for almost a year and then started making this awful sound. It eventually stopped working all together. What a waste money. An ice maker that costs this much should last a long time. Not just a year. Would not recommend. Very disappointed.

We love this nugget ice maker. We only use bottled water to feed it. We have well water and it’s really hard so I don’t want to damage my ice maker. It makes ice super fast. I can fill my husbands cup and by the time Im done exercising theres enough ice for my cup! It doesn’t take up too much space on the counter. Good quality so far.

The media could not be loaded. I got the ice maker in September 2024. In April it started making a loud noise and silver particles would be in the ice and at the bottle. I only ever use bottled water in my ice maker because I like to chew the ice. I reached out to customer service. At first we went through troubleshooting to fix the problems. I was initially told that the noise was normal but it didn’t always make that noise so I wasn’t sure if it was true. After I reminded them about the silver particles they sent a replacement. Gloria was the customer service rep and she did very well to resolve the issue and get another one to me quickly. I gave 3 stars because of my experience with the first one. I love the machine before all this. Hopefully this one lasts longer.
