We love this ice maker, it makes the perfect size cubes for keeping drinks cold or cooling down on a hot day! I did run into some loud noises about 6 months in but the representatives for the machine were quick To respond and help resolve the issue.

I wish I could give zero stars!!I purchased this ice maker in August, after 2 months it stopped making ice. I contacted the vendor they sent me cleaning instructions to troubleshoot. After troubleshooting the ice maker still does not work. They claim they issued me a refund and couldn’t simply replace because they allegedly don’t make this model anymore. I never received the refund and still without an icemaker. To make this situation more unprofessional, they don’t answer the phone and only respond via text.

Love this ice however , the noise level is ridiculous. Very loud shut off/on which, happens on a cycle so is continuous. The fan is very loud, also. For a reference this is louder than my beverage refrigerator and only the washing machine drowns it out. Our daughter has the same machine and it is not as loud🤷🏻♀️. We are past the return point or I would return it and try another.
