i LOVE MY ICE MAKER.

It works well and simple to use. However, it's very noisy at times. Almost too loud to use inside the house. The noise is coming from the agitator motor which runs constantly when its making ice. I messaged the company on their website for support and they haven't answered in over a week. Overall a nice unit but better for an outdoor bar than a indoor kitchen.

We love this ice maker, it makes the perfect size cubes for keeping drinks cold or cooling down on a hot day! I did run into some loud noises about 6 months in but the representatives for the machine were quick To respond and help resolve the issue.

Love this ice however , the noise level is ridiculous. Very loud shut off/on which, happens on a cycle so is continuous. The fan is very loud, also. For a reference this is louder than my beverage refrigerator and only the washing machine drowns it out. Our daughter has the same machine and it is not as loud🤷🏻♀️. We are past the return point or I would return it and try another.
