I have only had this for a few days, replaced a different type, but it set up very easily and makes ice really fast and I love the ice it makes. It is quiet and doesn’t take up much counter space. It needs to be close to a sink so it can be drained for cleaning. Super easy to see the water level and easy to add water. Good or maybe a fair price. If it lasts, it’s going to be a winner.

Nice ice maker. works good in the lower bay of my RV for outside ice. Makes good ice and fast. easy to clean. running out west in 90 plus degree weather the storage bays must have been hot and it had no problems. Pretty portable so taking it to a party will not be a problem. The silicon drain plug in the bottom could be designed a little better but overall vary happy.

So when our ice maker broke on our fridge this was the resort. The ice itself is pretty fancy but you don’t get a lot of it. It does take awhile to make them if you don’t use ice a lot then this wouldn’t be an issue but we love ice in our drinks. It is pretty small so it fits in any little area on the counter top. It also has a little drain hole so it’s easy to clean. The noise is not too loud but if you have sensitive ears maybe you’d notice. Overall pretty good machine we don’t use a lot anymore due to having a fridge with double ice storage.

Limited freezer space. That's why I bought this item. I don't really use ice in the winter, but it's a must have in the summer. I do not have room in my freezer for ice cube trays and such, that's why this is perfect! I do not leave it running all the time. I turn it on the morning of hot days. It will run until there are enough ice cubes to reach capacity. Once you take a bunch of ice cubes out, it senses that and will make more. It's not very loud, and the sounds quiets down when Its made enough ice cubes to fill the basket. My daughter and I love the shape of the ice cubes. They're kind of like cup-shaped, hollow inside. As a worrier, I appreciate the shape of the ice cubes because I don't have to worry about anybody choking on them! They're not solid. I know, it's probably ridiculous, but it's how my brain works! If your brain works like this too, I think you'll appreciate it as well! Lol I've never really been into iced coffee, but this machine makes it kind and of fun to make. I use bottled water because my tap has hard water. I don't want scale to build up in this kind of machine. I used my Brita pitcher water a few times but I'm not confident that that removes all the calcium and minerals that could block up different parts of the machine. Added bonus: "Ice regulates emotions by providing immediate physical grounding and altering brain chemistry. Applying cold to the face or holding ice cubes activates the mammalian dive reflex, rapidly slowing your heart rate and shifting your nervous system from a panic state into a state of calm."(Psychology today)

Been using this for a couple months or so and at first it was very quiet, but now is a bit noisier. Works fine, makes ice quickly. It's very small, so only makes enough ice for about 2 16oz glasses, which is fine for me. A bit of annoyance is when the basket is full, the light goes on and it won't make any more ice until it either melts below the sensor or I push the ice down into the basket. I think the sensor is a bit too sensitive as if there is even a tiny bit of ice in the sensor, it stops making ice leaving you with a bunch of half melted slushy ice bits. I always have to keep an eye on the water level, though as I go through a lot of ice and have to refill it at least twice a day. It has an indicator light for when it needs refilling, however I've only seen it light up once. The only way I know to refill (between times i check it) it is when it makes a whiney noise. The water level is very low, and the light should come on, but it doesn't. Does the water level need to be so low that the water pump starts overheating and seizing up before it'll light up? Maybe the one i have is defective? 🤔 I'll keep using it despite all the above, I just think there is room for improvement in its functioning.
