The media could not be loaded. This wheelchair is relatively expensive, but worth every penny. It is so incredibly light (far less than half the weight of my other chairs) that I can use the wheelchair to get to my car, fold it up, pop the wheels off, put it in the passenger seat or even in the back seat and drive away. I no longer need a second person to handle my wheelchair. This chair has helped make me truly independent once again. I have not owned it long enough to attest to long-term durability, but it seems so well-made that I am very optimistic and believe it will serve me well for a very long time. The instructions are a bit inadequate, and it took a few minutes to figure out the foot rests and how they go on and off, but it’s actually pretty easy once you know how they work. Folds, easily, rolls, smoothly, one simple push of a button to remove the wheels, unbelievably light, and I could not possibly ask for a better wheelchair! I added a video to show how easy it is to take the wheels on and off.

This is exactly what I need for my daughter. It is very lightweight as advertised, compact, and easy to maneuver. She is very petite at 5’2” and needs a chair that she can easily lift into her car. We had a Drive Blue Streak with 24” wheels. However it is way too bulky, doesn’t fit in a car trunk, and she cannot lift it. The Feather is perfect. It is compact enough to easily fit into a vehicle without straining to lift it and can be lifted with one hand. I am so excited to find this wheel chair for my daughter. She is a young adult and has starting having mobility issues. She can only walk short distances, and has become unable to go out by herself because she could not get a chair in/out of the car by herself. I am working on a lift and other mobility aids but this will be a huge help until I get everything else in place for her. I also noticed that it is very easy to fold/unfold and the feet are easy to remove or attach as needed. I am so happy! This is my 3rd attempt at a wheelchair for her and I wish I had found this one sooner. The wheels are 22” compared to 20” for the other lightweight chair I tried for her. The additional 2” makes a big difference in maneuvering for a short person and it is still more lightweight than the smaller chair I am returning. The Feather is the most expensive one I have bought but I am certain it will be worth the extra money.

Perfect for our needs. My mom is 86 years old and can only walk short distances with assistance. We borrowed a wheelchair when I wanted to take my grandkids to the zoo. That wheelchair worked well, but it was heavy and had to partially be dismantle for it to fit in my car. This chair is very lightweight; a simple fold and lift and we are ready to go. It fits perfectly in the back of my Chevy Traverse, with the entire third row seat still available for passengers. My mother is 5'2 and weighs 117 lbs. She is very comfortable in the chair.

The pro is that it is very lightweight. The con is that it is very poor quality. We have had the wheelchair for 2 months- both brakes have broken and the company sent replacements. Now the spokes are popping out and once bent cannot be refitted. I bought from Amazon because it has a better return policy but I am now outside the return policy and am going to have to replace the wheelchair.

Nice quality and no complaints. It rolls well over thresholds and also the little bumps that are everywhere to warn you are walking into traffic. I keep it in my little Fiat and still have room for other cargo. My husband is 5’11 and 190 lbs and no problem with comfort for him.

We bought this for my mother in law when we went to Disneyland for a week. She can walk, but she 85 and prefers not to take a chance of getting knocked over. She said it was very comfortable, my wife pushed her the whole time and said it was a breeze to push. It fold up nice and small, the wheels come off easliy for transporting, and the design is great. I would give it 5 stars, but I'm 6'3" and it's a little too low for me to push. So, I think the handles should be a little higher.
