Ordered for F250 which description said it would fit. Does not fit a F250, a little small. Still used it as it did cover just not in the corners correctly and no time to reorder a different cover. First day of traveling a strap broke. Was able to bungee it down. Because of the fit we had to ratchet strap the front and back so that the wind didn't get underneath it. It did protect from most water (through thunderstorms) but did have some wet areas in the front. It also wore poorly. 2-1/2 days of traveling it was already worn thin in areas that touched the truck. Did the job but disappointed in the product.

It is not a substitute for a topper. You would be better off using a cheap topper. This one starting to tear at the seam across the middle. Not bad yet, but itis starting. More importantly, the straps wear into the paint on your truck. Now i can feel the groove from the wear. I will have to spend the money on paint that i thought i was going to be saving on the topper or more. Protect your truck.

So has anyone else had the issue of this tarp flapping in the wind during freeway speeds. The front corners are fine during street driving but come up during the freeway. We tried a lot of ways to keep it down. The tarp is on our ram 1500 single cab tradesman truck with a 8’ truck bed. Any advice ?

The Pros - We were out of town and after checking the weather forecast, we realized that we need to cover our belongings on the road trip home. We ordered the cover the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and it was delivered to the resort where we were staying in two days. The truck bed cover did keep absolutely everything in the truck bed dry as we traveled in heavy rain for about 90 minutes on the highway . The Cons - Two of the ladder lock buckles broke. The first, at the front of the cover, broke as soon as we began to thread the bungee webbing. The bungee webbing was not twisted as specifically warned by the instructions. Fortunately, we keep additional straps and bungees in our truck and were able to create a makeshift strap to hold the left side front of the cover down. The second ladder lock buckle (on the right side of the front of the cover) broke immediately when unhooked from the truck.

I needed something when I was picking up flowers, shrubs and landscaping items. It works great but I do have one suggestion. On my pickup, I have backup cameras. It would be great to have an optional opening for rear camera on the tail gate.

This seems like a very good cover but the buckles and straps that tighten it secure to your bed is very cheaply made. If you want it tight to your bed there is not way to do it without breaking the buckles. This is a really bad and cheap design and wouldn’t recommend going highway speeds if you use it the way it is. If you order this i would recommend breaking all the plastic buckles off and getting some tie down straps with hooks that you pull to tighten so your cover stays on for your trip.
