The mascara itself is good, however, the hairs brush applicator are small plastic/rubber nubs. Like less than 1/8 an inch. It takes literally 8 plus times going over my lashes to get any mascara on them, making the whole thing basically worthless.

It perfectly separates every lash and gives a beautiful fanned out, wispy “peacock” look. The formula is amazing. I have been using this type since I was a teen, and that's a long time. I like THIS little comg style brush, they have some kinda like it but nothing compares. Idk if it's better or I am just used to it, but this is my top recommendation.

I always like to buy the Revlon mascara when it's on sale, it's my favorite. Thought I would try this Cover Girl one, but it's dry and old. Maybe its the brush, Idk but it's clumpy, too thick, and sucks. Basically I will have to throw it out since it doesn't seem worth the hassle to return...

    • Must apply several coats to build thick lashes.
It's not a very thick formula and you must apply several coats to build it up. The brush is good for separating lashes. I use this with a thicker formula mascaras only for the brush to separate my lashes.
